Appartement bien situé

Appartement agréable pour des vacances et assez grand pour une famille de 4 personnes avec un accès rapide sur la plage non loin de la rue piétonne de Saint Jean de Monts. Sinon appartement voué à être loué, manque des doubles rideaux pour une chambre donc le soleil apparait à partir de 7h en été. L'insonorisation des évacuations des sanitaires pourraient être refait car appartement avantageusement en RDC mais bruyant au niveau des sanitaires des étages. Et nous avons payé 90 euros de frais de ménage alors qu'on nous demande de le faire avant de partir, chose qui nous arrive pour la 1ère fois depuis nos locations de vacances

Appartement très proche de l'océan et des commerces mais tout en étant au calme . Manque le sèche-linge, difficile à faire sécher le linge car très proche de l'océan et taux d'humidité très élevé. Parking privé avec très peu de place.
