Welcome to our brand-new studio apartment, featuring a spacious private terrace with a partial sea view! Located in Dubrovnik’s peaceful Lapad area! This private studio is nestled in a charming home, just a short walk from the popular Lapad beach, the lively promenade, and nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops.The studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers, offering comfortable accommodation with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to keep you cool during those warm summer days. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need, including a toaster, stove, kettle, and coffee machine. You’ll also find fresh linens, towels, and a private bathroom with a shower for your convenience.Guests also have access to private terrace.

The aprtment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Incredible place, location and service!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. It was exactly as described. Beautiful place, great patio and awesome location! We were close to restaurants and Old Town. And the property manager was super helpful and responsive to our inquiries. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

The property was in a great location even the 120 steps up and down to the beach 😁 very clean and loved the balcony overlooking the bay. Very friendly host nothing was a problem.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Brilliant service!

Our stay was great, the location is really nice and only a short walk from the ocean. Slavica also recommend some restaurants to us, one of which we visited, it was really good! Check-in was easy and we were able to check-in early, which was great.

Special place!

Fine place to stay for a night! Hosts are reactive. Bathroom could use an update, the shelf below the mirror is loose and things slide off and there is a bit of paint peeling in the corner. Cleaning up these things would make the place feel a bit nicer

An amazing stay, the room had everything we needed for amazing value! We were only a stones throw away from the beach and the supermarket which meant we had everything we needed! Brilliant service!

Overall the house is very nice. The balcony has a beautiful view and it is perfect to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The house is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the old city of Dubrovnik. We found it very comfortable and fast instead of moving with the car. The host is always available and answers very fast to every request.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Absolutely loved my time here! Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The balcony had a great view, the location was great and close enough to everything, the bed was comfy and a great size, the bathroom was great and had everything I needed and the cleaner made sure the place was spotless every time! Also I stayed for a month and I got a brilliant price.. I had no problems at all and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great holiday at a great price! If I ever come back to Dubrovnik I will most definitely stay here again and would advise people to do the same! 5 ⭐️:)

Great location, less touristy than Old Town

We stayed one night here on the way to Elaphite island tour. This was a great location away from the Dubrovnik Old Town craziness. The apartment was nice and clean. We had a great terrace. Check in was smooth. Owner was helpful with storing luggage after our checkout. It's very hilly everywhere in the area - 170 steps or so down to the beach (10 minutes at most), which we thought was fine, but wanted to mention if steps or exercise were difficult. We loved the restaurants all along the promenade, the beach nearby, and the mountain hiking across the beach. Convenient supermarket on the way to/from the beach. Did not take the bus to Old Town, but heard it was a short ride. Very nice stay. Good value apartment stay.

O apartamento fica numa ótima localização para quem gosta de ver uma bela vista de um lado da cidade e praia. O complicado foi estacionar o carro,por que não tem como estacionar perto do apartamento,você precisa descarregar o carro e depois deixar seu carro no mínimo 01km do apartamento . Appartement très propre et fidèle aux photos. L'emplacement du bien est proche du centre-ville, vous pouvez prendre la ligne 6 pour aller jusqu'à pile et revenir par la même ligne. 10 minutes de marches de l'arret de bus et vous etes arrivées. Les supermarchés ne sont pas loins non plus et à des prix abordables. L'appartement correspond bien à la description et l'hote est très réactif aux questions et vous propose meme un transfert au cas ou vous ne souhaitez pas emprunter le bus depuis l'aéroport. Le prix est lui aussi correct pour l'emplacement et les équipements mis à disposition. Vu partiel sur la mer respecté et la terrasse est très agréables en fin de journée.

Näkymät parvekkeelta olivat todella mahtavat ja mukavat ja auttavaiset majoittajat. Asunto sijaitsee rannan ja promenadin lähellä, alaspain helppo kulkea rappusia pitkin mutta ylös noustessa vähän työläämpää rappuja pitkin.
