Great stay. Lovely house. Very clean. Friendly owners. Beautiful location in the country side. We enjoyed the Cheltenham festival and several horse riding excursions. Would stay again.
The Coach House is an absolute gem of a holiday home. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, and faultlessly clean.
Kim & Paul are wonderful hosts, incredibly welcoming, and on hand to ensure that you have the best possible stay. We definitely plan to return.
Beautiful holiday cottage. Everything has been decorated and provided to a high specification. The views were lovely. Great location in which to enjoy many attractions and my husband and daughter particularly enjoyed the cheese rolling at Coopers Hill!
A wonderful 5 night trip. Lovely cottage with stunning views and great location. Very well furnished, great amenities all made for a wonderful family stay. Thankyou Kim for letting us visit.
Our stay at The Coach House was perfect. One of the nicest accommodations we have stayed in with fantastic views. Presented beautifully by the owner and had everything you needed. You could not find anywhere nicer to stay if you are wanting to explore the Cotswolds and would highly recommend.
Fantastic all round package! Great location between Painswick and Upton st Leonard. Lovely accommodation and first class fixtures and fittings with stunning little private garden and views of the surrounding valleys. Kim and Paul were excellent hosts and even helped us get the bikes on the back of our car. Couldn’t recommended more highly
This property is very well appointed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We would recommend to anyone visiting the Cotswolds. We had a little difficulty finding it it the dark and rain but the owner was very helpful in giving us precise directions.
Beautiful location within easy reach of many towns/attractions. Just amazing views from the garden. The accommodation is immaculate and so well equipped, we just couldn't fault it. So peaceful too. Paul and Kim were delightful and so welcoming.
Excellent, clean, very well appointed, with spectacular views
Beautifully furnished, clean and modern cottage with excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Amazing views. Comfortable beds. Very quiet. Lots to do nearby including walks on the doorstep. Would happily rent again.
We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was spotless and extremely well fitted out - could not fault any part of our stay. We felt so relaxed and comfortable and it was great to be able to return at the end of the day and unwind in such a lovely comfortable and clean property. We would dearly love to stay here again, but as we have travelled from New Zealand, we may not be able to return to the UK but absolutely 100% recommend this property to all discerning travelers. Lovely hosts.
5***** house, location and hosts! Absolutely wonderful, absolutely nothing to complain! 100% recommended! One of the best places we‘ve ever stayed! Thank you for your great hospitality! Siggi & Karin
The Coach House is well equipped, very clean and everything seems to be new.
Kim was very friendly and we always felt welcome with our list of questions. It is a really nice place to be with an impressive view down to Gloucester, where you can get everything you need.
We really enjoyed our week at the coach house. Cosy house in an excellent location. Fantastic views. Very near painswick beacon. Lots of walks on the door step. Well equipped kitchen
This property is well presented and spotless. No corners have been cut, it's clear, on furnishings and fittings and everything one needs for a comfortable stay is on hand. Similarly, the grounds and surrounding areas are immaculate while the hosts are really pleasant and accommodating. This is a good base with many of the pleasures of the Cotswolds within a reasonably short drive and the city of Gloucester very close by.
Beautifully refurbished cottage, feels like new. Very well equipped. Lovely countryside with great views. Too many places to visit in just four days so hope to get back for longer next time. Kim and Paul are great hosts, thanks for everything. Linda and Sheila.
This is a great place to relax and unwined. Very nicely furnished and comfortable. Kim and Paul were great hosts, very helpful and caring.
The location is beautiful overlooking the severn Valley you can see all the way to the Malvern Hills, on a clear day. Close to Painswick Beacon, there are some fantastic walks.
Highly recommend this quiet property if you are looking to relax and de-stress.
Thank you Kim and Paul!
What can be said? This property is perfect for a couple or a small family, a lovely open plan living space with very up to date appliances (Induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer). Lovely underfloor heating through out with individual controls in each room means you can be warm and cosy and the showers are lovely in the ensuite and main bathroom. I can not think of one negative to this property, its lovely and cosy and just great (With friendly attentive owners who really seem to care about the property).
Kim and Paul were very gracious hosts. The property sits on top of a hill overlooking a very pretty view of Gloucestershire. The property is immaculate, modern, fully furnished and has ever amenity needed to make the stay as nice and pleasant as possible.
I chose Kim and Paul's place owing to my mother's age and having a walk-in shower was essential. Their fully furnished kitchen didn't disappoint. Kim was quick to provide any supplies that were lacking (if she had them).
The only minor challenge we had was locating the place. We arrived at dusk and as the Coach House was in a very rural area, it was difficult to find it using Google Maps. Fortunately, we were able to get some directions from a hotelier in the area. For the benefit of future guests, Kim and Paul's place can be located using the following What 3 Words: asleep.serves.bath
All in all, it was an exceptional stay. Being so close to Painswick was a stunning bonus.
First class accommodation with amazing views. Friendly hosts. Highly recommended.
Had the best time. Property exceeded expectations - best we’ve ever stayed in. Views were amazing. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
Our second visit. Although the weather wasn't quite as good as last time, the Coach House has everything you want and need. Kim and Paul are excellent hosts, accommodating, friendly and helpful. We certainly hope to return before too long. Plenty of places to visit and see.
Me and a few friends came to Stroud for the Cheltenham festival , 20mins drive which is more then fine. The property has great views in a quieter location. I found Kim very easy to deal with any questions beforehand were dealt with very quickly & will be looking to book again in the future. Kim is a great host
Where to start -found near perfection in both great location/ great property!
Amazing holiday cottage - so well equipped with lovely host. Can visit so many different places easily but gorgeous views and local walks on the doorstep. Thanks for a memorable staycation holiday
Fabulous week, in a fabulous location. It was a truly restful and peaceful place to be.
Kim and Paul were great and very happy to help when needed.
A lovely welcome bottle of fizz too, which was a nice touch.
We will be coming back to visit.
