Soggiorno in famiglia

Sono tornata in questa struttura perché ci siamo trovati bene lo scorso anno ma quest’anno ancor di più. La casa è davvero grande, con una vista pazzesca, ha sia il terrazzino che il giardino ed è davvero un’oasi di pace. Alessandro ci ha fatto trovare casa pulitissima, piena di ogni comfort e ci ha guidati e aiutati quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di alcune informazioni. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille e a presto!

Assolutamente consigliato

Appartamento luminoso e confortevole, dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario per una famiglia. Il terrazzo panoramico è fantastico e il parcheggio privato è indispensabile. Bisogna sempre spostarsi in auto ma si è ripagati dalla tranquillità e dal panorama. Host gentilissimo e disponibile

Piacevolissimo soggiorno di Pasqua in famiglia

Abbiamo passato alcuni giorni in questo delizioso appartamento, ha una fantastica vista sul mare ed è poco distante e facilmente raggiungibile dal centro di Porto Santo Stefano. La casa è grande e ha tutto il necessario, una vera chicca il terrazzino ed il giardinetto. Siamo stati bene e ci siamo rilassati, unico neo la pulizia purtroppo non proprio accurata. Per il resto tutto perfetto, proprietario gentilissimo e molto attento affinché tutto fosse agevole e piacevole. Davvero un’ottima esperienza la consiglio assolutamente e terrò in considerazione questa struttura per un prossimo soggiorno. A presto!

Sehr einfache Unterkunft, leider viele Moskitos

Positives: -Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet -Aussicht sehr nett -Vermieter war hilfsbereit und entspannt Negatives: -Viele Mücken, keine Moskitonetze -Abfluss im vorderen Terassenbereich hat gestunken. Problemhatten Wir vorübergehend gelös: Der Abflussdeckel sollte aufbleiben, da der einzige Abfluss bei Regen. Da kein Regen in Sicht war, es war extrem heiß, haben wir den Deckel während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen, da der Kloakegestank ansonsten unerträglich gewesen wäre. Besonderes: Auto ist immer für alles erforderlich. Gerade dort, weil die Wohnung im Hang oberhalb des Hafens 100 m über Meeresspiegel liegt. Der Fußweg in den Hafen ist mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Feniglia Strand ist mit Abstand der schönste Sandstrand. Eher für Erwachsene oder Familien jugendlichen Kinder etwas.

Verwahrlost und ungeliebt

Wohnung abgewohnt, Terrassen nicht nutzbar wegen defekter Markisen, Schränke voll ungewaschener Wäsche und Müll, Abflüsse verstopft, undichte Wasserleitung. Auf Innenterasse offene Jauchegrube, die stinkt und nach Anweisung des Vermieters nicht verschlossen werden darf. Kein W-LAN, wackelige Möbel, dreckige Wände und Bezüge. Die Aussicht ist schön.

Tolle Aussicht auf Porto Santo Stefano

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am steilen Hang von Porto Santo Stefano und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Yachthafen, die Spanische Festung und das Städtchen. Über Treppen und Gässchen ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten am Hafen oder am Strand (Spiaggetta Del Siluripedio). Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, wenn auch die Küche recht klein ist. Neben dem Balkon gibt es eine Terrasse bzw. einen kleinen Hof mit Gärtchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Gut zu wissen: 1. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist der Weg zur Ferienwohnung von der Stadt / dem Hafen / dem Strand durchaus etwas anstrengend. 2. Der Esstisch und die Wohnzimmerausstattung insgesamt sind für den Aufenthalt mit Kleinkindern nicht ideal (Glastisch, kein Kinderstuhl, Krimskrams). Fazit: Wir hatten als Familie mit vier Kindern (2 bis 15 Jahre) einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub - mit Strandbesuchen, Spaziergängen in den sehr netten Städtchen von Monte Argentario und kleineren Fahrradtouren. Auch ohne Auto lässt sich die Umgebung mit Linienbus, Fähre (Inseln Giglio und Giannutri) und eben mit Fahrrad und zu Fuß gut entdecken.

Viel Licht und noch mehr Schatten

Tolle Aussicht! Neue Bäder, der Rest abgewohnt. Gastgeber bei Ankunft nicht da, mussten den Weg per WhatsApp-Fotos finden.Küche Katastrophe, wegen veralteter Elektrik nicht mal ein Wasserkocher. Töpfe u.a. innen leidlich sauber, außen blieb man kleben. Espressomaschine verkalkt und verdreckt. Doppelbett gut, anderes Bett durchgelegen. Kissen fleckig, Wasserfleck an der Decke. Zu allem Überfluss Baustelle in der Wohnung gegenüber, Lärm den ganzen Tag. Gastgeber war nicht in der Lage, das abzustellen. Der tolle Blick entschädigt nicht für alles!!

Gorgeous view but not easy to access.

Beautiful place and clean. You should be aware that there is quite a drive up with narrow roads and steep sharp turns. If you are brave, it is worth the drive. Unfortunately, we had trouble trying to get the water to heat up for showers. We were told that the heater was on, but were unaware that you had to wait 20 minutes for the water to get hot.

L’host sempre disponibilissimo e gentile. La casa veramente ben strutturata, ogni ambiente affaccia sul giardino o sul terrazzo con una vista bellissima. Ampia, allegra e luminosa con due bagni nuovissimi. A me è’ piaciuta molto, ci tornerei sicuramente!!

La cena con vista mare il suo must

La casa è molto grande, vengono forniti tutti i comfort tra cui lavatrice, forno, macchinetta del caffè, utensili vari... c è un meraviglioso terrazzo vista mare con un divano è un tavolo per cenare. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose. Possiamo solo dire bene. Un po’ vecchiotto l’arredamento e la pulizia non da hotel ma insomma per noi sono dettagli da poco . Per il prezzo vale tutto! Siamo stati benissimo!!! Proprietario non presente nel luogo ma molto disponibile, ci ha risolto ugualmente due imprevisti! Grazie grazie grazie!!!!
