Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. With only 55 condos being rented at Phoenix IX you can rest assured that you will have a nice relaxing vacation without hundreds of people crowding around.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room with 40” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a second bedroom with a King bed, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.



There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $50 per vehicle. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Fall break with family

We enjoyed our stay at this unit! We loved the view. Walked to Flor bama and hung out ate and played bingo they have from 1-4pm everyday! Beautiful weather little chilly towards end of trip. We did have issues with the trying to purchase beach chairs with rental guy he was rude and said he couldn’t help us at that time and he was only helping the owners. If this is going to be an issue for people coming to rent your unit. Maybe have a couple chairs for beach for your renters. We did go purchase some since the guy wouldn’t help us. We have been coming down for years and using phoenix condos for a while and never had any issues. Probably won’t stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful unit and great customer service.

We stay in Orange Beach around Thanksgiving each year. Usually in another unit managed by the same company. Charlie called a couple weeks before our stay to let us know about Construction at our usual condo building. We are so thankful. We were able to choose another unit they manage in the same area. Jil- the point of co tact for the updated property - was just as helpful and friendly. Unit was just as depicted. Has more than you could ask for in a condo rental. Awesome views with all the amenities you could ask for. We will stay again in the unit and with this company.

Great Family Vacation Spot

My family and i had the best week in this condo! It has everything you need even an ice maker for your cooler to take down to the beach every day! The view from the balcony is great! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The place was clean and the owner was responsive to anything we needed and any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Orange Beach Condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying at this condo building first in this condo. The condo layout was not functional. Bedrooms off main hallway with windows to the main corridor with a lot of noise. The ice maker in bar area ran and made a lot of noise which you could hear from bedrooms and we had a family member trying to sleep on couch in living room. The nest thermostat was a constant challenge of changing it. The guest elevators made awful noise and was covered in cardboard and painters tape. We arrived very late and the person at the entry was intense on us buying parking permit right then and the property manager stated we could do the morning after if the office was closed. The furniture in living area wasn’t functional the swivel chairs that rock in living room are not hood for kids. The dining table is glass and felt like it was going to tip over. Remotes not easy to use had to call cable company. Awful time trying to use our Netflix and could only use in the tv in living room. Bad cable service and wifi spotty. We used our own wifi card. The tvs in bedrooms were pretty small couldn’t really use comfortably to watch anything. Location was great and beachfront view but alot of things as a family with small kids that it just didn’t add up for us.
