Fijn familiehuis in naseizoen

Ruime woonkamer met lekkere banken, fijne grote eettafel en grote complete keuken met ruime inventaris. In bijkeuken nog oventje en wasmachine. Boven 1 ruime master slaapkamer en 2 kleinere, deze zijn net groot genoeg voor volwassenen. Bedden liggen goed. Badkamer ruim voldoende. Op loopafstand van strand en centrum. Schoonmaak onder banken en salontafel kan iets beter. Wij hebben een familieweekend gehad met 7 volwassenen waarin deze woning aan alle vertier, kook- en slaapwensen voldeed.

Heerlijke woning op een fijn park

Het is een heerlijke, comfortabele woning voor een gezin. Een mooie plek op het park aan het water. We waren met twee volwassenen en twee kinderen. Met acht personen is het dan weer wat klein. Wij vonden de woning echter niet erg schoon bij aankomst. Ik heb keukenkastjes zelf schoon gemaakt (kruimels/ koffie en olieachtige substanties aangetroffen) en een groot deel van het servies ook. Op een van de slaapkamers lag nog veel zand en ook één van de bedden voor opmaak gezogen omdat er veel haren op zaten (het summum van viezigheid voor velen). Misschien was het huisje lang niet verhuurd want we troffen aardig wat spinnen aan. Verder wat kleine gebreken. De klink van de wc-deur viel eraf. Lampje bij het raam was stuk, één slaapkamerdeur sloot niet goed. De kapstok op een slaapkamer stond naast een kastje ipv aan de muur omdat het ophanghaakje stuk was (en de kapstok hierdoor niet te gebruiken). De keukeninventaris was erg mager voor de enorme hoeveelheid plek die hij bood. We misten een waterkan, een theepot, een schaal om salade in te serveren, kleine kommetjes…. Al met al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad maar voor deze prijs, zeker gezien de schoonmaakkosten, had ik een nettere staat van het huis verwacht.
