The development, Seychelles, is located en the km14, front line to the Mar Menor and only 50 meters from the Mediterranean. It has 2 communal pools, open in 2024 from the 10th of May to the end of September, from 9 to 14h and from 17 to 20h.

Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a supermarket (EuroSpar), and a hand full of bars, a bakers, restaurants and chemist.
Tomás Maestre Marina is just 2km away where thee is a Multi Sport Center open to the public with tennis, paddle tennis and football courts. There is also a gym with sea views which also provides classes like Zumba, Pilates etc....
