Behind the main apartment building there is another two apartments building, the two bedrooms apartment in rent is on the first floor, which is fully furnished for executives or couples up to 3 children. Friendly and family atmosphere, it preserves tranquility internal and neighborhood security.
Small shops, greengrosers, restaurants, soccer and basketballs fields and pork fries (this a delicacie from our country) you can find near from our home.
No far from here (20 minuts by foot or taxi costs $ 1.50 minmum career) you find shopping centers, banks, supermarkets and every kind of shops.
City center like Quito Colonial and La Mariscal, holidaymakers reach in 30 minuts or less by bus or taxi which cost are already $ 4 or
We have an outside area where we can have BBQs and a great view of the city from the rooftop.
I can also offer Spanish lessons during the week for all level or preparations for examinations.
