Enter the house on the log-cabin inspired porch and step into an oversized mudroom filled with lockers to store your gear. The mudroom opens into a large open space entertainment area with full bar, wood burning fireplace, living room, media room/ den, dining area, game room and kitchen. This living area can be used to access a screened in porch and grill room that overlooks a large meadow and swimming pond.

Upstairs there are three guest suites, all with king size beds, ensuite full bathrooms, desks, luxury mattresses and sheets and great views. One of the three guest rooms has a TV.

The lower level has an open area with a pool table, relaxing chaise couches and large sliding doors that lead to an outdoor patio, a large hot-tub nestled into a stone nook that is covered from the elements and a large swimming pond.

This lower level also has two additional guest rooms that each have their own full bathrooms. The first guest room has a queen size bed and two single bunk beds. The second guest room has seven bunk beds (5 of which are double beds).

Throughout the house you will find a variety of accents to make your stay comfortable including - radiant heat floors, air conditioning, hot tub, wood burning fireplace, media room, high speed internet, Sonos audio, high end kitchen appliances, BBQ, large swimming pond and nearby access to all of the amenities in the Deerfield Valley. Mount Snow and the Hermitage Club are exactly one mile in either direction from this home.
Harriman Reservoir is a beautiful 11 mile waterfront that offers wakeboarding, wakesurfing, waterskiing, tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding etc., and is just 10 minutes from the house. The town of Wilmington offers great restaurants and shopping, and is less than 10 minutes from the house.

This 45-acre property offers private walking trails that connect to the Mount Snow Valley Trail that has endless trails for walking, snow shoeing, hiking and cross country skiing.

The home was finished being built in November 2015 by well known Southern Vermont builders, Vermont Barns, and decorated by NK Home Interior Design.
