Alles top!!!

Das Domizil war bestens ausgestattet, Küchengeräte, Besteck, Kochgeschirr, Gläser; Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Gasherd, Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Uns wichtig: Die Geschirrspülmaschine! Stilvoll eingerichtet, 2 Bäder/WC, davon eines mit Regendusche, eines mit Badewanne. Schöner Garten mit Gartenmöbeln und Holzkohlegrill. Auch bei Regen sitzt man trocken im Freien. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, Endreinigung inklusive. Parkplatz entweder vor dem Domizil kostenlos oder in der Seitenstraße (freitags ist Markt vor dem Haus). Alles sehr gepflegt! Wifi ist schwach, wir nutzten mobile Datenverbindung über Roaming. TV leider ohne SAT, daher nur italienische Kanäle, aber über TV-App geht auch deutsches TV über Tablet. Vermieter sehr freundlich! Bagna San Camillo war empfohlen: Stabilimento zu 40,00 €/Tag oder Zelt/Tenda zu 60,00 €/Tag. Bagna nur wenige Meter entfernt. Restaurant Gilda in der Nähe ist eine Empfehlung! Zum Zentrum etwas Fußweg, aber problemlos machbar. Forte dei Marmi ist etwas kostspieliger, aber den Preis absolut wert. Die Vermieter geben gerne Tipps. Wir genossen Bistecca Fiorentina (ca. 38 €) von der Fleischtheke des Coop und auch den Fisch von dort beim BBQ, viel günstiger als in Deutschland. Ausflüge nach Carrara (Marmorsteinbrüche), Lerici (Ligurien), Sarzana (Buonaparte vor Ausreise nach Korsika), Viagreggio (Jugendstil-Bagnas), Lucca oder Pisa sind möglich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wunderschönes Haus, sehr gerne wieder!

Schöner und ruhiger Urlaub in Mitten der "Schönen und Reichen"

Super Urlaub, tolle und ruhige Lage und schöne Unterkunft für Familen. Gastgeber Tommaso war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer gern Strandurlaub macht (waren am öffentlichen Strand - ca. 10 Gehminuten mit Kindern) hat hier eine tolle Unterkunft. Alles an Küchengeräten vorhanden, Bäder waren sauber und Klima gabs ebenso in allen Zimmern. Terrasse wurde am Abend ausgiebig von uns zum Essen und verweilen genutzt. Ein Grill sowie zwei Fahrräder waren vom Gastgeber ebenso bereitgestellt worden. Supermärkte waren mit Fahrrad oder Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Eisdiele und Pizzaria waren in der gleichen Straße um die Ecke. Nicht wundern... die ein oder andere Person der Öffentlichkeit kann nur ein paar Häuser weiter wohnen. TOLLER Urlaub!

Siamo stati molto nella casa di Tommaso. Pulita, ordinata, confortevole e accessoriata anche più del necessario. Bel giardino curato e ben arredato. È vicinissima al mare e si raggiunge facilmente il centro cittadino. La disponibilità di due biciclette per adulti è un plus molto apprezzato. Super!!!

Alloggio consigliatissimo, Tommaso e sua moglie ci hanno da subito fatto sentire a casa, cordiali e disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa è bellissima fornita di tutto, pulitissima ben strutturata e silenziosa. Bellissimo anche il giardino, molto comodo per un soggiorno con bambini. Buona anche la posizione facile da raggiungere con possibilità di parcheggio. Grazie mille a presto.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Voll ausgestattet, sauber, gepflegt mit einem wunderschönen, geschützten Außenbereich. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Perfekt englischsprechende, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter die jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar waren.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, super Lage des Hauses,recht ruhig, Sichtschtz zu den Nachbarn, nur 800 m zum freien Strand, 2 km in die Innenstadt, sehr gute Pizzeria 3 Häuser entfernt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, auch um sich selber zu versorgen. Alles bestens!!!

Lovely villa

We've had a great stay! Lovely place with a very nice garden and next to the ocean. The hosts are very friendly and helped us out with an early check in and arranging a taxi. Would go back again when we go back to Forte Dei Marmi.

Schöner Urlaub in Forte Dei Marmi

Das Haus von Tommaso (ein Doppelhaus, aber sehr abgetrennt nach hinten gelegen) ist wirklich sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Es liegt ruhig nur eine Querstraße hinter der Promenadenstraße, die am Strand entlangfürht. Zum tollen Sanstrand läuft man 2 Minuten. Zum Ortskern von Forte Dei Marmi sind es knapp 2 km, zu Fuß ist man in 15-20 Minuten dort, mit dem Auto sind es 3 Minuten. Das Haus ist nett und modern eingerichtet, die Betten sind gut und die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Tommaso und seine Frau waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief schnell und unkompliziert. In der Hauptsaison wäre es uns dort zu voll (da man dann auch nicht überall an den Strand gelangen kann und die Bagnos nutzen muss). Aber zur Nebensaison fanden wir es toll.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir haben sehr spontan dieses Haus gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit Tommaso verlief schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man und frau braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ansprechende Atmosphäre und eine tolle Terrasse. Vielen lieben Dank an Tommaso und seine Frau für die sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit hier.

Piacevole soggiorno

La casa si trova in una posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona tranquilla circondata da negozi e attività locali. La struttura è dotata di ogni comfort e di un giardino curato. I proprietari molto disponibili e cortesi. La consiglio.
