About this property

Family home with spectacular views .
This has been our holiday home for 15 years . Each year gets better . The simplicity of the life is almost impossible to capture anywhere else I have been .
Treat yourself , you deserve it .
We have 5 bicycles to use at the house and the pool is like an infinity pool overlooking the lagoon . The pictures speak for themselves . Do you want a relaxing time watching or partaking in the lagoon water sports . We are directly looking over Escola da velo de Lagoa .

Super lieu

Grande maison avec un super emplacement au calme et vues imprenables de toutes les pièces sur l océan. La maison est super équipée pour le quotidien et les loisirs. Excellent camps de base vers Lisbonne, Nazare, Obispo et autres sites. Le lagon permet de se baigner quand l’océan est agité ou avec des petits enfants. Tout le monde a aimé, vous pouvez y aller et Zita est une hote joignable et réactive.

Déception

Nous sommes partis à 2 familles et nous sommes tous déçus. La qualité de la location n’est pas en rapport avec le prix et la description. Nous regrettons que la maison n’est pas était préparée pour l’accueil, par exemple : réparation des douches, linge de toilette propre, une bouteille d’eau pour l’arrivée auraient été des intentions appréciables. Il semble que la maison manque d’entretien. Il n’était pas préciser dans l’annonce qu’il fallait également payer en supplément pour chauffer la piscine. L’apprendre juste avant d’arriver n’est pas très agréable. Cependant le lieu est magnifique et la vue aussi.

Belle destination

Bon sejour dans cette villa dans l'ensemble avec une vue magnifique sur le lagon. Très bien équipée au niveau des loisirs, cuisine ( manquerait cafetière et essoreuse à salade) . Cependant wifi disponible uniquement au premier niveau. Forte odeur d'égouts dans les salles de bain et chambres au premier niveau en particulier. Il manquerait aussi des rangements dans la salle de bain patentale au premier niveau . Diffuseurs de parfum à tous les etages pour les camoufler.. Au niveau des douches l'eau chaude n'est pas disponible dans toutes les SDB en même temps. Pas de portes serviettes ds les SDB. Le mobilier extérieur est usé et cassé (table). La salle du bas est encombrées par du materiel de loisir et mal agencée. Attention cette propriétaire n'accepte pas les recharges de voitures électriques ce que nous n'avions pas vu.... Nous en avons fait les frais elle a voulu nous facturer des sommes de recharges.... Il a fallu discuter : pas COOL.... En somme villa sympa et bien située mais brai oup de choses sont à revoir...

Wow! what a nice house / place!!!

This house is a diamond in the Silver coast of Portugal! very nice contact with Zita! We were with our 5 teenagers and we lost each other in the big house....4 bathrooms! the beds are so good and very clean everything. The poolguy comes to check the pool 2 times a week. The kitchen is perfect big and to eat at the big table is like you are Alfons I of Portugal! With a marvelous view of the Lake Obidos with birds and Kite surfers/People enjoying a perfect summer on the water! You can play basketball till you cant play more... and the pool...is perfect warm. Dont forget to cover it..to keep it clean and warm overnight. Zita..thanks for the perfect summer 2022 at your place!. With kind regards...from Holland..

Une magnifique maison dans un coin tranquille

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! Tout y était et même plus encore ! La maison était très bien équipée (table de ping pong, panier de basket, jeux pour enfanrq, piscine, et j'en passe) et quelle réactivité de Zita lorsque nous avons eu une panne d'eau chaude !! Le petit plus ➕ a été que nous sommes arrivés tard (23h30) et avons tout de même trouvé des gâteaux des précédents locataires nous permettant de manger un bout ! C'est top !! Le petit moins ➖ c'est qu'on était un peu loin pour les visites, mais c'est le prix du calme et de la magnifique vue 😍 Bref, merveilleux séjour, MERCI ZITA ! 😊❤️
