Bright and modern apartment with terrace in the city center

Attic apartment with private terrace renovated in August 2016 with one bedroom and one bathroom located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from Las Ramblas and the famous Portal del Ángel, and next to the Church of Santa Anna.

You have to climb a narrow staircase of 29 steps to reach the lift.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and access to a balcony overlooking a famous commercial street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.

The master bedroom has a double bed.

The bathroom has a shower.

Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.

The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryer.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self-check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm.

Arrivals after 9pm are done in person at the apartments and have an additional cost of €30.
