In urgent need of repair

Small but lovely flat with a great view. The supermarket opposite makes self catering easy. A lot needs doing to but it back in order, from dirty sofa, wobbly chairs, broken backsplash, unusable toilet door, poor quality bedding to broken light bulbs including in the corridor outside (bring a flashlight). There seems to be a problem with the wiring as well and use of some electric appliances gives you an electrostatic shock. What a shame to let this lovely flat go into this state. Unfortunately unclear description and there are 2 bedrooms, not 3. Option for more people on a sofa bed but I think the flat is too small for more than 4.

Vanilla Apartment disappoints on safety and maintenance

The Vanilla apartment is bright white, open and clean. We were however disappointed in its maintenance. 1. There is a lump in the floor about 30 cm high so the door cannot open completely when coming and going. 2. The blind in the master bedroom sticks. We had streetlight the first night which kept us up. We were able to open and close it the second day but it took time. 3. There is no hall light to open the entry door. We had to use our phones to find the keyhole. This is a safety issue. 4. The air conditioner is in the main area and does not reach either of the bedrooms. 5. Only one pillow was provided per bed and it was smaller than standard size. We requested more but they could not accommodate us. 6. The entry door allows the guests to be locked in. My son removed the key in the entry door when he went out and we were locked in. There is a keyhole on the inside of the door but we only had one key and were stuck. This is a major safety issue. What if there was a fire? We reached out to the property manager the next morning with these issues. The next day they said someone would come out. No one came to check the property during our three day stay. I have never issued a negative review on Vrbo (see my reviews) before but it is appropriate this time.

Appartement correct,probleme de wc non resolu Malgre plusieurs appels,fauteuil a changer Canape tache,vaisselle insuffisante. Le supermarche en face tres bien Transport en commun tout pret Literie en bon etat Centre de Lisbone en 30 minutes Le 15 E arrive 500 metres
