4BR/3BA RIVER HOME WITH 101' OF PRIVATE GUADALUPE RIVER BANK

RIVER HOME 1/4 mile North of the 2nd crossing.

Just a few minutes from antiques and shopping in downtown New Braunfels and Gruene.

We are located on River Road between the second and third crossings.

From this 1/2 acre property enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 101 feet of private DIRECT RIVER ACCESS right out of the back door (only for use by renters of this home)!

Tube rental and shuttle service is provided just 100 yards away at Son's Guadalupe and a little further at the Loan Star Float House. You can enter the river here and exit at a variety of places up and down the river and be returned to the property.

This location is perfect for playing in the river or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also if you enjoy live music, shopping and restaurants, the property is short drive to Whitewater Amphitheater, Koozies, River Road Ice House, & Gruene Hall.

If you get tired of playing in the river, 'Schlitterbahn', a wonderful water park is located in New Braunfels.

Constructed in 2018 this luxurious home is 4BR/3Bath. Has an open Kitchen/Dining/Living room with many amenities.

Great place on the river

The house is well situated on the Guadalupe river and makes for a very relaxing and enjoyable place on the river with the cliffs as a backdrop.The house and property were clean, modern and good size for a large group/family. The property runs into the river with an easy walking to the river. Overall highly recommend the house and the area.

Spotlessly Clean, Wonderful Host

We had a small glitch getting in when we first arrived, but Cody was extremely responsive. The place was spotlessly clean. I really appreciate that. Everything has its place in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Too bad some guests don't follow those, because it makes it so much easier to find and to put away things. We really enjoyed ourselves. We had a blast and the house is perfect! Easy check in and has a beautiful view! Loved the deer feeder that goes off at 6:15 am and deer and beavers come to eat!

Location was the best feature.

Location couldn’t have been better. Huge yard with river access and multiple tube rentals and shuttles nearby. Depending on your activities and preference, you may want to bring some items of your own. We could have used more dish towels, and wish we’d brought our own pots and pillows. Also had a few wasps get into the master bathroom through the air vent in the ceiling.

The house was beautiful, and the amenities were perfect. The only issue we had was check in was delayed due to house cleaning staff and very little water pressure in 2nd and 3rd showers. Everything else was perfect.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The house is beautiful, the river access is great. We have been renting through VRBO for about 20 years and this was up there. My son said it was in the top three…one on Orcas Island, one tree house in Costa Rica and this home. We could not have asked for more. Thanks so much for having us!!!

Beautiful property for a weekend getaway

The house was perfect for three adult couples, with three small children. The house was very roomy. The yard is huge and the kids kids loved playing games there. Also the yard fronts on the Guadalupe river which is also beautiful.

Beautiful, peaceful view of the river. Hosts had drawers tagged with contents. Beds were comfortable. Really nice home layout with large bedrooms & bathrooms. Large deck with wonderful view of river. Seemed private as there is a rock embankment across the river.

Family from the Houston area that grew up on the Guadalupe and Comal during our summer vacations as kids. We loved it so much that we decided we wanted to make a piece of this area ours.

Why they chose this property

This property was a beautiful 1/2 acre with pecan trees and great area next to the river that had cliff view and perfect water access. The 101' of river frontage was a +, too.

What makes this property unique

Beauatiful and scerene views of the river and cliffside. In the mornings you will find deer, ducks, squirrels, and sometimes turkeys roaming the backyard. Often fish can be seen swimming in schools through the river as well.
