The property was great - very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need; it was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the location was easy to access all the restaurants and shops.
Convenient location, very nice accommodations and heated parking! Would definitely stay again

Great location nicely furnished but hard to sleep.
The beds were advertised as queen in the master and second bedroom but I suspect they are actually doubles. Master bed was squeaky and creaky too so the combination of small and noisy made it tough to sleep. Also the gutters made a rattling sound on the rainy windy night but I’m sure that is difficult to address with old buildings. The bathrooms were excellent with great water pressure, rain head showers and very nice heated tile. Cleanliness was good in most areas except for a small sticky spill on the kitchen floor, lots of dust and crumbs under the couch and accumulated dust on tables, windowsills and dressers. I wouldn’t have noted it but the cleaning fee is pretty steep. Otherwise furnishings were very nice and the new couch was great.
Historic building with modern features in a great location
This building is a converted early 20th century public school redesigned as high-end condos with 20 ft ceilings, modern fixtures and a walkable location to the bars and restaurants. The only negatives-underground parking is tight and the trains blow their whistle when they go through town. On balance, an easy choice to recommend
We’ll appointed and convenient.
Key return at the end was confusing because there were multiple instructions of where to leave them and Fernie Central Reservations moved so multiple addresses came up when we searched — we went to three locations but then ended up leaving them in the lock box which is what we should’ve done first anyway! I’m sure they’ll get this sorted out!
Great place!

Nice but noisy
The place was really nice and close to downtown. Don't expect to sleep as the units beside and above us partied until 5am each night we stayed. No one really cared when we asked them to turn it down. It just got louder. If you party yourself this is definitely the place too stay. If you want sleep stay somewhere else.
We've stayed in this building before and it is always a pleasure. Such a unique building, sky high ceilings and exposed brick are two of my favorite parts. Having the Spa on the main floor is very convenient and I would recommend taking advantage.
The couch and chairs were not the most comfortable and in pretty rough shape with rips and tears and not all pieces of the sectional. It's possible they were used because they were leather and easy to clean, which I can understand.
Overall a wonderful weekend get away and we will be back!
We loved the condo. It’s a great location- easy short walk to downtown Fernie. Loved the high ceilings and spaciousness. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay here again.
This entire building is a dream. The condo was perfect, the location is fantastic, Diana (our contact) was prompt and very helpful. There is nothing bad to say about this in any way. Second time we've booked in the 901 condos. Definitely will do it again next time we're back to Fernie.

Beautiful condo minutes away from the mountain
We stayed here for a guys ski weekend. There were 6 of us in total, and not once did we feel crammed. The unit is very spacious, and is very well stocked with pots, pans, cups, etc. Underground parking was easy to access, and had visitor parking to spare.
We would definitely rent this unit again.

Good unit in a great location
This is a nice unit which met our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well supplied. There were only 2 drawbacks to the weekend. The first was that there were still no pictures or hangings on the walls, despite the frame hooks still being up. The second was that music carried up from a unit on the first floor at 4 AM, waking up some members of our party. However, the group in the first floor unit was being extremely loud, and they apologetically turned the music down immediately when asked. Besides the one encounter, we didn't hear anything else all weekend.
Overall I would say it is a very nice space. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a rainshower head and a beautiful large tub. I would definitely return here to stay again.

Great condo in a great location
Great condo within walking distance to downtown Fernie. Gorgeous, well stocked kitchen, decent bedding, great showers.
Could have been cozier, no pictures on the walls, bare book shelves. Hot tub and workout room in the basement were not very nice. Lots of noise from the condo above.
Lock on the door was very difficult.
I excpected 5 stars from the pictures, I'll give it 4.
