We have 3 bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds (3 in total). All bedrooms feature soft lighting and contemporary artwork. A lot of natural light enters through the large windows of the room, generating warmth in your new temporary home.

This spacious unit features 2 full bathrooms and 1 toilet and is far from ordinary. The tiled bathroom has all the features for maximum rest and relaxation. The modern vanity sits under a mirrored wall and is complete with a single receptor. This bathroom is a rewarding place to prepare for a long day of business or unwind from one.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆☆.
While you may want to spend your time exploring Barcelona famous restaurants, sometimes there's nothing like a home-cooked meal. And this apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easy. Custom cabinets provide plenty of space to store your family's favorite groceries and modern appliances make it easy to cook meals for your hungry crew.
Start a cup of coffee in the mornings and have breakfast together in the cozy breakfast nook overlooking the beautiful temple.
The lounge area is located in the center of the apartment, making it easy to move around the space. You will find a comfortable sofa, artwork, and beautiful decor. Mostly white space accented with touches of color, it is the perfect place to catch up on conversation or watch TELEVISION.

The large terrace with great views, is perfect for appreciating the city and enjoying outdoor meals. Staying here allows you to step out of your front door and be immersed in the culture and beauty of Barcelona. You are just a short walk or subway ride from the courtyard to cafes, restaurants, sidewalk boutiques, and some of the most emblematic Spanish and historical monuments.

In accordance with Community rules, and seeking good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your party must be over 35 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.
No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
