3 Kings Field is a lovely detached home on a quiet estate in the centre of Seahouses, Northumberland. The property has four bedrooms; a master double with TV and en-suite, another double, a small double with access from one side only and a bunk room, sleeping six guests. There is a bathroom, cloakroom, utility, kitchen and living/dining room. Outside is driveway parking for 2 cars, a front lawn with bench seating and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and raised patio area with outdoor furniture. 3 Kings Field is in a great, central location for exploring Seahouses. NOTE: This property only accepts a Friday Arrival.

Amenities: Oil fired central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and outdoor furniture. Front lawn with bench seating. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.3 miles. NOTE: If booking this property you must be arriving or departing on a Friday or a Monday, this includes the Christmas period.

Nearby Farne Islands can be reached by boat, where you will discover a bird sanctuary and perhaps a seal colony. Bamburgh, Alnwick and the Northumberland National Park are all easily accessible from this wonderful location.
