Stunning Luxury Duplex with Hot Tub and AirCon

Newhill Granary is a luxurious and stylish duplex property ideal for a special break away which provides the comforts of home in a stunning location close to Edinburgh, Gleneagles and St. Andrews.

It is only 4 miles from Kinross which gives excellent motorway access, and has numerous bars, restaurants and shops.

The Granary extends to 140 sq. metres and is beautifully furnished. Despite being large, it is for the sole use of our guests. The separate ensuite super king bedroom has Air con and high quality White Company bedding and towels.There is a large separate sitting room with large SMART television, a small balcony, and work area. The Granary also has a bathroom with a gorgeous double jacuzzi bath. The large entrance hall has a baby grand piano. The kitchen/dining area provides a very large space, with a very well equipped kitchen and a dining table to seat 10 people. There is access to a private sun terrace with large hot tub, for the sole use of our guests ( no additional charge for hot tub) loungers and a table with chairs. (Access is either from inside the Granary through a large window with steps or can be accessed from the back of the Granary through the farm yard)

The property is a converted former granary of a working farm and is located in a delightful rural setting but only 2 miles from local shops. It is perfect for walking and cycling. The Granary has a small private loch, for lovely relaxing visits and picnics. Fire pit by arrangement. Perfect for BBQ . There is also a BBQ table adjacent to the Granary which can be used subject to availability and advance request. Nearby Airports to the property are:

Edinburgh (EDI) Airport which is 22 miles away. Other nearby airports include Glasgow (GLA) (47 miles)

Excellent accommodation

The Granary is a large duplex apartment, very comfortable and in a great rural location. An easy 45 minute drive from St Andrews and 10 minutes from the trail around Loch Leven and Kinross. Would definitely recommend.

Worth a stay

A very spacious, well decorated accommodation. Facilities were top class and photos did not do it justice. Juliet, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations of places to visit, eat etc. Can not recommend this ‘getaway’ highly enough.

Quirky and sizeable property for 2

We had a fabulous time staying at this property and really enjoyed it. Large Hot tub and roof terrace was wonderful as was the big jet bath and great shower off the bedroom. Lots of little touches including beauty products, prosecco chilling on arrival and chocolates. Kitchen offered a lovely space with everything we needed.

Fabulous stay with Stunning Surroundings

The property is located on a working farm which is remote and secluded. The house itself is filled with an eclectic mixture of furniture, mixing modern with tasteful quality furnishings. The property is massive and plenty of space for two people. We loved the hot tub and its tranquil setting. The only noise came from the animals which was perfect. The property boosts a full kitchen and everything you wanted was at your fingers. The host made us feel very welcomed and was on hand if we had any problems. Overall an amazing stay and will be back!

Very clean property, welcoming hosts and comforting atmosphere especially due to the huttub. Would recommend to couples for a relaxing/romantic weekend away with close amenities/restaurants in Kinross.

Lovely hideaway in a lovely location

We had a wonderful stay at the Granary. The accommodation is very private, spacious and well presented. The hot tub on the roof terrace is a highlight as it looks out over trees and farmland. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful home

I can not say enough good things about the granary. It is so big and it is spotlessly clean. The area surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. Juliet was lovely and vey helpful she recommended places to eat and see. We will definitely stay again
