The apartment is very comfortable, independent and has just been renovated. You will experience the beauty of living in a typical historical building of Baroque Catania but with all the advantages of a new accommodation. The apartment is located in a central position 50 meters from the train and bus station. And a few hundred meters from the center of Catania. In addition, the accommodation is super equipped in fact you will find everything you need not only from the point of view of sheets and towels but also for cooking you will have oil salt vinegar aromas, coffee, sugar, tea. In addition, my husband Mario and I love taking care of our guests and this is why we are always available for their needs. Access is very simple as the apartment is semi-independent and is located on the ground floor of a period building. My husband Mario and my little Riccardo are a very hospitable family.
We love our land and all its beauties, that's why we are pleased to host those who wish to visit it and we will be really happy to offer suggestions on typical places to visit so as not to miss the best.
Furthermore, being on site, we can be available to help our guests in case of need.
The neighborhood is very quiet and is located just a few minutes from the heart of Catania and in particular from Piazza Duomo, the fish market (or historic fish market), Via Etnea, the main artery of the Baroque city, are just a few meters away. In a few minutes on foot you can visit the entire historic center. A few meters away you have the train and bus station to be able to go to Etna or to seaside resorts such as Taormina or Syracuse or anywhere else in Sicily.
If you come by car a few meters away you will find a guarded parking lot even if you can still easily find a place on the street. You can rent cars to drive around the city or you can find a few meters from the home of the car rentals for trips outside the and railway station a few meters on foot. If you travel by car, you can find a guarded car park within a few minutes' walk and you can find several car rentals just a few meters away.
The city center is really a few meters from the apartment so you can easily move on foot.
To get to the apartment from the airport there is a bus called alibus which leaves every 20 minutes to leave you at the central train and bus station and at a cost of a few euros per person (i think 4.00)
Check-in and Check-out times are flexible and compatible with other arrivals and departures we try to meet the needs of our guests.
We ask guests not to leave the air conditioners on when they are not inside the apartment to avoid unnecessary waste.
