Lovely family holiday

The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the big balcony is a great space to relax and enjoy a bbq. The pool area is a lovely setting and our children loved it, it was also very quiet for mid-August - we often had the pool to ourselves! Would recommend hiring a car as there are lots of lovely places to visit nearby but equally there are also 3 great beaches within walking distance. Overall, a lovely and relaxing family holiday. Summer holiday

We had a very pleasant stay in appartment 38 of Joanna. The appartment was clean and very convenient. We also enjoyed the big terras a lot. The pool and garden are very nice. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit hard, but that is only a small detail.

Great apartment on great complex

The hosts (Joana and her husband) were always good with communication from booking through to our stay and departure, and very friendly. The apartment itself is excellent, clean and spacious with a lovely balcony terrace as well overlooking the pool area. The complex is excellent, not over developed with good security (gated access) and a lovely pool area. The location of the apartment is good with some beaches, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. A short drive away (5 mins) is Porto Cristo with a lovely marina and beach area (as well as shops, bars, restaurants) A bit further away but still only 15 mins by car is Cala Millor one of the main tourist destinations on the island. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to book this apartment, we had a lovely holiday there.

Nice Apartment

We enjoyed 10 days at this apartment. The complex is quiet and the pool area perfect. Joana was very accommodating in meeting us early. The apartment is ideally located for the local beach which is a less than a 10 min walk away if you cut through the ‘bush’ area. Having the separate kitchen is ideal if you’re an early riser while the rest of the family sleeps. Rooms were a decent size and the aircon great. The only negative is that the apartment was advertised as “2 bathroom 2 bedroom” but then only mentions one shower in the detailed description. I had hoped they’d simply overlooked writing about the second bathroom but it does in fact only have one ‘bathroom’ with small shower cubicle and toilet and a further separate toilet. Other than the bathroom issue the apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Merveilleux séjour!

Un grand merci pour ce beau séjour que nous avons pu avoir à Porto Cristo! L’appartement était très propre, très bien équipé pour unfanille avec enfant de 3 ans et bébé de 5 mois. Bien localisé à 10 min de la plage et accès à de magnifiques installations pour la piscine! Je recommande!

Super Wohnung in wunderschöner Anlage

Die Wohnung und die Lage ist super. Der Standort entspricht zwar nicht dem welcher Fewo anzeigt, aber er ist trotzdem optimal in Strandnähe und in der Nähe zur Bäckerei und anderen Läden. Es gibt keine Meersicht. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was im Haushalt gebraucht wird wie Reinigungsmaterial, Alu-und Frischhaltefolie, Gewürze u.a. Salz und Pfeffer Haarföhn, Sonnenschirme für den Strand inkl. Halter für den Sand etc. Die Anlage mit dem Pool wird sehr gepflegt und es ist alles sauber und solange sich alle an die Regeln halten, ist der Pool von 8-23 Uhr geöffnet und nachts auch beleuchtet. Joana, die Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich, reagiert schnell auf Whatsapp und spricht wenig Englisch und fast kein Deutsch. Ihr Mann kann sich in Englisch gut verständigen. Die Deutsche kommunikation geht am einfachsten per Whatsapp und Translater, stellt aber kein Problem dar. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen sowie auch der Ort und der Strand Cala Anguila ist einer schönsten Strände für uns.

Nous avons passe un très bon séjour chez Joana. Une très belle terrasse avec transats et salon de jardin. La vue sur le parc et piscine est top La cala anguila est a 5 mn en voiture et très jolie. Allez manger au restaurant le cactus, vraie cuisine espagnole

schönes & gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich & unkompliziert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen & durch die Wohnung geführt. Es war eine sehr hübsche & saubere Unterkunft. Wir genossen den kurzen Weg zur idyllischen Standbucht, die gepflegte Anlage mit Pool sowie die grosse Terrasse. Das Kochen zu Hause war sehr angenehm, da die Küche für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Ferien verbringen & können es nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank Joana & Jamie.

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Dachterasse

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und absolut ausreichend für 3 Personen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Porto Cristina mit eine paar schönen Restaurants ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung, der Ausstattung sowie den Außenanlagen. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und die Übergabe zu Anfang und Ende des Urlaubs war unkompliziert und die Vermieterin selbst war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Alles super, tolle Wohnung

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene und Kind 8 Jahre) waren 10 Tage in diesem Apartment. Es ist genauso wie beschrieben, wunderschön :) Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Pool. Es ist schön ruhig, kein Kampf um Liegen am Poll wie man das hier und da von großen Hotelanlagen kennt. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und waren in 5 Minuten auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe vom Strand in Porto Cristo. Supermarkt und Restaurants waren auch mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen Dieses Apartment können wir nur empfehlen, vielen Dank an die Gastgeber:D

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Sogar ein Holzkohle und ein Tischgrill sind vorhanden. Sehr ruhig, Restaurants und Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht.

Fantastisch 3kmr appartement

Compleet (!) appartement op afgesloten en zeer net terrein met groot zwembad. Aparte keuken met alle apparatuur en accessoires, 2 slaapkamers, ruime living met ip-tv en wifi (Spaans bandbreedte), en toegang tot super groot zonneterras. Wij hebben hier 14 dagen genoten. Aardige en behulpzame eigenaresse. Aanrader!
