Welcome to your luxury vacation condo at the beautiful Windsor Palms Resort. Located in a private gated community with 24 hour manned security gate and only 3 miles from Walt Disney World's Main Gate. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is tastefully decorated and its location in the resort is second to none. You'll enjoy the convenience of the full kitchen with a Keurig and a standard coffee maker (bring your K-cups), dining room, 4 TVs w/cable, Wireless Internet, DVD, stereo, Playstation 2 and washer and dryer. Watch the Disney fireworks at The Magic Kingdom from your private, screened in balcony overlooking the extra large resort swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball courts, tennis courts and kids playscape. Bike rentals are available from the Clubhouse Convenience Store. Enjoy full use of the Clubhouse with billiards, table tennis, arcade, fitness room, private 57 seat movie theater and on site convenience store. Try out the food and drinks at all new 'Oasis Tiki Bar' located poolside. Ample free parking right out in front of the condo. Windsor Palms Resort has it all. We really enjoyed this three bedroom condo with a heated pool. The pool bar had descent food and was not far from the condo. It was nice not having to go anywhere to eat after walking around Disney all day! We will definitely stay here again! The condo was very clean! Communication with the owner was excellent!!

Perfect home away from home

We enjoyed our stay!! We were on the 3rd floor (no elevator) The apartment had everything we needed. Comfy beds, close to the pool and a goodie bag of "starter" supplies. The apartment was pretty clean (I gave it 4 stars due to the amount of dirt/dust on ceiling fans and vents). New appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The only complaint (not the fault if owner) was the dog urine and feces on steps that grew daily. Apparently a very rude renter with a small dog that did its business in the same place several times a day.

The property was great, lots to do. We were close to the pool and other the other activities. However it said we could watch the fireworks from Disney, YOU CANNOT SEE FIREWORKS. Other than that I would recommend this property

Honest review of a nice place to stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, there could be some improvements. The bed spread in all bedrooms was outdated and did not seem clean. The mattress cover on the master bed had blood stains (discovered when bed was stripped for checkout). A partially filled ice cream container was found under one of the beds on check-in. The ice maker is still broken (some reviews have it going back many months). The master shower floor is very slick. The curtains in the family room were difficult to close. The clock on the balcony did not work. It was not possible to see the fireworks at Disney from our condo even though it was indicated in the property's listing. These were the main issues. As I mentioned earlier, everything else was very nice and enjoyable. People were nice, host was very responsive and accommodating, the location and place was secure and welcoming, and there were multiple opportunities for those who might want to remain on site.

Orlando vacation

Everything was exactly as stated in advertising. The only problems that we experienced was the ice maker didn’t work but the sundry shop sold ice so that wasn’t a big problem to cover. The other problem was the condo stayed pretty warm in the day time but with over 100 degrees temperatures this could have been why. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

Great time and perfect for my family of 5

This was conveniently located close to Disney and within 20 min to Universal. Pool was great for the end of the day with a pool side bar and snacks. All staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Owner was quick to respond, my family had an early flight in and was more than happy to accommodate an earlier arrival and we had a late flight and let us stay a couple of extra hours. Family loved our time thanks for everything.

Loved to condo and location

We enjoyed the condo and would gladly head back. The only major issue we had was at no fault to owner. The hot tub on the property was broken and had been for about a week according to the staff in the shop. This was a little disappointing after a long drive to get there and another long day at Disney. Just a couple things to think about…I understand with a condo that they only give you the basics to get started. You may want to pick up your own toilet paper before getting there. The supplied one roll per bathroom was the thinnest I have ever seen. Also, be careful in the master shower the floor is a little slick.
