About this property

LUXURY SEASIDE RESIDENCE

This property is located in the lower meads area of Eastbourne situated 100 yards from the beach and a 5 min walk to the shops and restaurants and a 10 min walk to the station and Devonshire tennis courts.
the apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated we have two large bedrooms and two bathrooms one en suite master has a large shower and a large luxurious bath tub with a dressing room attached, the second bathroom has a shower with a separate W C. The apartment has its own private entrance with a few easy steps up to the main door, and an off street private allocated parking bay
There is a communal garden area, but the apartment also has its own private sun terrace to enjoy.
The large open plan living room and dining area is great for couples and a family as the table fits 6-8 people comfortably, the room has beautiful early victorian windows that brings in lots of wonderful sunlight. This room also has a large smart tv and a sofa bed if more than four guests would to book.
the kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range siemens ovens we have two ovens and a steam oven and also a built coffee machine for coffee connoisseurs.
The outdoor terrace has a table and chairs if you wish take a meal outside.
This apartment is situated on the ground floor so will be suitable for some mobily impaired.

Perfection!

Beautifully updated and appointed with everything you could possible need or want! Our host was very kind and attentive… thank you also Jane for the welcome gift of a bottle of bubbly! Fabulous location … 3 min to the beach front and about to the town center with several restaurants along the way! Best of all was private and secured parking! Yay!!

Nice apartment but heating issues

This is a very nice apartment in a good location for most amenities. Unfortunately, the apartment is very cold and despite several calls to the owner, this was never resolved. She was controlling the heat remotely. The under floor heating was working in some rooms but not others.

Great Location

The location was excellent. Very walkable to anywhere you'd like to go in Eastbourne. Check-in was very easy. Jane was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Lots of amenities (though the appliances took some figuring out).

Would come again!

Spacious, comfortable, quiet, well equipped, excellent off-street parking and very helpful neighbours. Small balcony well thought out, and the blinds in the bedroom gave us privacy from the road. On a personal level we would have appreciated the use of a microwave, and a second door key might have saved us locking ourselves out accidentally!

Lovely apartment and great location

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment, it had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated, lovely fully equipped kitchen, we felt very at home. Its location within walking distance of the shops and the promenade is ideal. This is also an ideal apartment for someone with limited mobility. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
