Villa Mirca B is a welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Villa Mirca B you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and a side view of the sea. Villa Mirca B is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), shops at 600 meters (660 yards) and the closest beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Villa Mirca B is located on the ground floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Mirca B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 11 meters (36 feet) large by 23 meters (75 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the beginning of October.
Garden
The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a sofa and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include two single divan beds. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
