Beautiful 4 star Penthouse w/ Pool. Close to the beach and 10 mins from Old Town
This is a beautiful three bedroom apartment perfectly located for your trip to Split and the surrounding areas. The property is located in a gated development just 10 minutes drive to Split Old town (about €8 with Uber). The property has a small shared pool and it is just 300 metres to the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc are also very close.
The actual apartment is fully furnished and finished to a very high standard. There are three good sized bedrooms and a sofa bed for extra guests. There are three bathrooms in the property.
The leisure areas of the apartment are spacious and bright with an open plan kitchen and dining area and a separate living area that opens on to a wonderful large patio area. There are sun beds, garden furniture and sea views to be enjoyed.
There is free parking with the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and requires a stairs.
