Lower Ground Floor Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First Floor Bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting Room. Lower Ground Floor Snug. Patio with picnic table and benches (shared access with neighbour). Two well behaved pet allowed (additional charge applies).
Amenities: Gas central heating, double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, TV, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power included in rent.
