Welcome to this lovely apartment with balcony in Benalmadena Costa, only 15 min from the beach and 10 min from Selwo Dolphinarium as well as the well-known "paloma park".
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Benalmadena Costa, Arroyo de la Miel, located 10min on foot is a well-known area with very nice shops, bars, restaurants and is full of life all year round, here is also a commuter train station that takes you to Malaga City and the airport in no time.
As you step into the apartment you will be greeted by a cozy living room straight ahead, with smart TV, A / C, WIFI and a sofa bed, as well as a cozy and covered balcony. The kitchen with the brick vault is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as fridge and freezer. The bedroom has a nice and large double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Balcony, WIFI, TV and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
"In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice."
