Situated in the lovely estate village of Woodbastwick on the Norfolk Broads close to the sea and Norwich.. Ramp access to front, 2 steps to rear entrance.

Set within the Broads National Park, Hilley Holey is a detached annexe offering comfortable accommodation for those wanting to get away from it all and de-stress.
Woodbastwick is a small, quiet, picturesque village with the famous Woodforde’s Brewery and local pub (Fur & Feather Inn) a walkable 500 yards distance. Salhouse Broad is a local attraction and day launches are available. Nearby the shopping village of Wroxham is only 4 miles, for relaxing self drive trips around the broads and rivers. The Norfolk coast is some 16 miles away with long sandy beaches, seal colonies, piers at Great Yarmouth and Cromer, with attractions such as BeWilderwood (Hoveton 5 miles away), Bure Valley Railway, the Golden Mile and Pleasurewood Hills within easy driving distance.
Norfolk has many National Trust properties to visit and the historic city of Norwich, with two cathedrals, a castle, good shopping and a host of things to see and do is only 7 miles away with access by railway from Salhouse station.
For wildlife lovers, birders and cyclists Woodbastwick offers lovely wooded countryside and Hilley Holey has a peaceful terrace with wonderful views on which to unwind and ponder the day’s activities over a glass of something special. Beach 16 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 600 yards.
