Why they chose this property

My wife and myself bought this neglected property so that we could convert it into a holiday let and share the delights that Skipton and the surrounding areas have to offer.
We recently upgraded the electrics, gas, plumbing and installed all new fixtures and fittings. We have tried to make it feel like home from home with a few mod cons.
We have been fortunate enough to be able to travel to a few continents and have nice holidays, but when someone asks us where is the best place you have ever been, we always say Skipton (our happy place).

What makes this property unique

Albert Cottage location is fantastic as it is walking distance to all the local amenities (car not required)
Right in the heart of Skipton once you are inside the house you don`t realise you are located so central, the walls are so thick you do not hear any noise
The house is quite deceptive from the outside but offers 3 bedrooms allowing for up to six people to stay, great for all the family and friends
