Great location

Love the location, a 22-25 minute walk to ramblas, but if you want to stay local, there are restaurants, cafeterias, craft beer and amazing pizza just downstairs!

Great Place & Location

We loved this place for location and layout. We were a family of four (with two teens) and had plenty of room. It was easy to walk and catch the train everywhere. Easy communication for check in and out, clean apartment, nice amenities - laundry, dishwasher, kitchen, and comfortable place to relax and sleep.

Just as advertised!

We stayed here for just one night after getting off of our cruise ship and awaiting our flight home. It was approximately a 25 minute taxi ride from the cruise port and another 20 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was well placed within an easy walking distance of food and activities. There is a taxi stand and bus stop directly outside the door. The check in process was very easy and they held our luggage until our check in time so we could explore the city. Great communication and very friendly.

Wonderful property. Clean and new. Bedding was very comfortable. Well stocked with soap, shampoo and even hand lotion. The kitchen was also quite well set up with equipment and they even left us a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. The building walls are a bit thin so you can hear people coming and going in the halls which can be a bit loud at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Très belle location dans l'Eixample

Appartement clair, spacieux, propre et bien équipé, correspondant en tout point à l'annonce. Bon accueil sur place. Seul bémol : le manque de respect de certains autres locataires qui font beaucoup de bruit en rentrant en pleine nuit!

très agréable

L’appartement est fonctionnel et agréable, tout est neuf et rénové. La disponibilité avec l’agence est parfaite puisqu’elle se situe en bas de l’immeuble et ils sont joignable très facilement et rapidement. Malgré que l’appartement soit un peu plus dans le centre de barcelone, il est desservit par de nombreux bus qui permettent d’aller partout (visites,plages, restaurants, magasins), le métro n’est ps très loin non plus. Il y a des supermercat partout à côté mais aussi un Lidl ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement très confortable. La sécurité de l’immeuble est notable!

Top Lage , Gute Ausstattung , sauber und ein mega Preis

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt zwar an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse aber im Herzen von Barcelona. Sobald die Fenster geschlossen waren hat man von der Strasse nichts mehr gehört. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten mehr als genug Platz da das Appartment für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist. Das ganze Appartment war sehr sauber bei Ankunft und der Check in war kontaktlos und kinderleicht. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping oder auch Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar, wer das aber nicht möchte bekommt eines von den tausenden Taxis direkt unten vor der Haustür. Welche für kleines Geld an den Wunschort befördern. Alles in allem eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Küche, Waschmaschine etc. Parken kann man ebenfalls für einen fairen Preis in der Tiefgarage drei Häuser weiter. Und der Preis war ebenfalls super! würden wir immer wieder buchen!!

great place to stay

This property is right across from several restaurants and within walking distance of others. There is a taxi stand right outside, so navigating the city is a breeze. I highly recommend staying.
