Situated on the lake, walk down to the shore using your private beach stairs to your own secluded sandy beach or take a two-minute stroll to a neighbourhood sandy beach and spend the day soaking up the sun, swimming, reading a book, or sipping on your favourite cold summer beverage. Head back through the meandering sumac trail and enjoy the afternoon relaxing on the grass and cedar lined backyard taking in the spectacular and breathtaking view.

How you spend your day at the Jadestone is up to you! Chill on the new deck, relax under a screened sun-room, serve up afternoon apps on the gas bbq, sip your cocktails of choice on the bar table overlooking the lake, play boccie ball, grill your favourite steak, soak in the hot tub, or sit in the Adirondack semi-circle of chairs with a bottle of champagne and be prepared to be amazed as the sun sets right in front of you. As the night falls and the majestic sunset fades, spend hours around the fire pit under the blanket of stars and listen to the waves crash as you create memories with your friends and family.

You'll eventually have to succumb to the beauty of the outdoors and head indoors. The Jadestone promises to greet you with comfort and luxury. This modern yet cottage-like bungalow beach house is only 16 years old. It was freshly painted using the latest designer beach hues and accented with beach-inspired and rustic chic decor, nautical light fixtures, shiplap accent wall leading to basement, trimmed with laminate wood floors throughout, and newly renovated tiled and shiplap bathroom and sapphire mosaic-tiled kitchen.

The 1,300 square foot beach house comes fully equipped with a luxury new rustic harvest table with bench & chairs that comfortably sits eight (8), cutlery, utensils, cookware, dinnerware, new dishwasher, appliances, washer, dryer, WiFi internet, new 32 inch HD wall-mounted TV with smart DVD player for Netflix, central air, gas furnace, covered screened sun-room and porch overlooking the lake with plumbed-in gas bbq, bar table and stools, 6-person hot tub, and new Hauser outdoor couch and chair. Please note, hot tub rental fee of $200 for your stay will be added to your order. This covers maintenance, cleaning, and operation.

Bedroom-1, comes equipped with a queen bed, bench, and night tables, Bedroom-2 includes double bed, night tables, dresser, and lakeview, and Bedroom-3 features a single bed plus bunk bed for two, dresser and lakeview. For added comfort, each bedroom comes equipped with ceiling fans, perfect for afternoon naps and warm summer nights. For a restful and relaxing sleep, both the queen and double beds come with brand new cool-gel foam mattresses. Linen sheets, pillows, and blankets are not included. Please bring your own for ultimate comfort.

If you're looking to head out for a drive and explore Lambton Shores and Huron County for the day, buckle up and bring your beach blanket and appetite, you'll be in for a special treat! The Jadestone is conveniently located 5 minutes north from Grand Bend, one of Ontario's best beach towns and home to the world's best sunset, according to National Geographic. The pubic beach is amazing and the shop-lined streets and walk-up food stands will create that special nostalgic Canadian summer experience you'll cherish forever. Nearby, is the famous Dark Horse Winery and Grand Bend Playhouse.

If you're looking for a trendy heritage town with metropolitan flare, head out to the Village of Bayfield, just 15 minutes north of Jadestone on Bluewater. Dress up and spend the afternoon and evening in Bayfield, exploring many of its boutiques, shops, and award-winning restaurants. If you're looking to dock a boat, Grand Bend and Bayfield both have marinas. The Jadestone is on the water and has amazing views of the lake and at the time of this posting has a beautiful sand-bottom beach that is accessible from the private beach stairs located in the backyard.
