Casa Catryn is a charming 3-bedroom villa featuring a private pool. Nestled in a tranquil hillside location above Praia da Luz, this villa offers a high level of privacy with electric gates and a walled garden.

The entire accommodation is conveniently situated on one level, with just a few steps leading to the entrance. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious hallway that opens into a bright and airy living/dining area. The large flatscreen TV offers both UK and PT channels, and fibre-optic Wi-Fi is readily available. French doors lead out to a generous terrace, furnished for comfort, where you can enjoy views of the pool, beautifully landscaped garden, and the distant sea.

The villa includes three bedrooms—one double and two twins—each equipped with its own en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine is conveniently located in the garage.

The pool area is completely gated, ensuring safety for young children. Ample outdoor lighting enhances the enjoyment of the space during the evening hours.

We love this property - it just suits us. Great location, good size, quiet, not overlooked, what more could we want. I think this was possibly at least our fifth stay at Casa Catryn and we're already looking to book for next year. Although there are a lot of cereal bowls, it would be good to have some slightly larger bowls for things like pasta (quick to make when on holiday). Other than that, I can't think of anything.

Location très bien. Tres spacieuse....Quelques petites choses dans la vaisselle de cassée que les personnes d avant n ont pas dû signaler et le frigo qui a eu beaucoup de mal au début à faire du froid. Il était très chaud quand nous le touchons.

Villa avec piscine

La villa est bien situé avec des commerces de proximité et la plage à 15/20min à pied. Le jardinier qui s’occupe également de la piscine est très gentil et discret. Concernant le ménage, cela reste correct maigres quelques endroit où le ménage n’a pas été fait.
