Oceanfront 2-Story ML Terrace Condo - Walk to Beach!
A204 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa with spectacular ocean views and located only steps away from the beach. This two story villa (one of the only two-floor Terrace villas) offers plenty of space for the entire family with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and big oceanfront views. On the lower level, enjoy outdoor dining on a large lanai with a wet bar and gorgeous sunset views. A spacious kitchen and living room are great places to relax when you are not at the beach or dining at nearby world-class restaurants. On the upper level, the loft area provides a second living room to enjoy, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on opposite sides of the villa for added privacy. Each bedroom has it's own private lanai with views of the ocean.
**Guests of A204 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties.
All guests are given access to the exclusive Beach Club, a private beach with ocean activities and shorefront dining located a 5-minute walk away from your front door.
