ALBUFEIRA MODERN 1 WITH POOL by HOMING

Beautiful apartment with pool in Albufeira, located in the central area, just 450m from a supermarket and 700m from the famous The Strip, where several bars and restaurants are concentrated. It is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the wonderful Algarve day and night.

With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, it has a spacious balcony where you can dine enjoying the great climate of the region. The building also has an elevator and there is public parking in front of the building (no reserved space).

It is fully equipped and well decorated, including air conditioning throughout the accommodation, and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, but please note that late check-in has the following costs:
- From 7pm to midnight = €30 Euros
- From midnight = €50 Euros

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).
