Stay away

Italianway is a terrible management comoany. We stayed at 2 different places in Milan through them many issues in the apartments and never received a callvack or email back answering our claims. A few days later get an email that they are cgarging for a broken table that definitely was not us. Number they sent on rmail is nonworking. Of course not responding to our emais. Will never book anything they host again. Super unprofessional

The Hot Smelling Place

The entire place was hot and smelled like mold. The tub was disgusting dirty. One toilet was leaking when flushed.The three portable air conditioners blew hot which made the rooms hot. They had to be vented which meant opening the windows and letting mosquitoes in. One of rooms was so smelly that we couldn’t use it and closed it to prevent the smell from spreading. There were no necessities at all; no lids for pots, no paper or towels for the kitchen, the stove only functioned once, no dish-soap, none new sponge, no welcoming tea, coffee, oil, salt, or pepper. Some of the sheets were dirty. There was a bag of laundry with dirty laundry on the washer. The communication regarding the none functioning stove was not answered when I called at 9 am to make breakfast for my children. Check out is at 11. This is the first time using this website to book a stay and I am very disappointed. If you are trying to replicate other apartment/home rentals, then learn the personal touches the hosts provide including necessities and ANSWERING the phone.
