A cozy flat located in a quiet location in Chelsea. A great and safe location for our family to base ourselves for our adventures. Kings rd is a 5 min walk with everything you need. 5 min walk to the bus, 15 min walk to the metro. Walking distance to the Natural History and Science Museums.
My daughters and I had a lovely time in our apartment in Chelsea London England. The place was very nice quite adequate. The neighborhood is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.
My family had a wonderful stay here in July 2024. The location was fabulous, and the building was quiet despite the proximity to shops, restaurants, and transportation. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to explore quickly and have a nice wind down in the apartment after seeing all the sites.
Great location and very clean apartment building. Having a lift made moving in and out super easy.
The apartment was stocked with a lot of extras except toilet paper and body soaps. The king sized bed was very mushy.

Old Church Street
Quiet neighborhood in Chelsea, very short walk to Kings Road with lots of shops and great places to eat. It is also very close to transportation. The flat is roomy, comfortable, but only one bathroom to share.
Great location, between 2 main roads with bus routes but a quiet street; apartment had all expected conveniences; nicely decorated and not impersonal rental unit; spacious rooms. Would recommend to friends and stay here again.
Lovely apartment, everything needed for a pleasant stay - comfortable, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and stand up drying rack, even umbrellas (which were needed)
Excellent location, beautiful neighborhood. Two great pubs nearby, Pig's Ear and Crossed Keys. Shopping close at had with Waitros and M&S on the high street. Very good bus connections, loved the 170 to Victoria Station.
Overall, excellent property and fun to be in the neighborhood.
Nice layout, very quiet street, right down from Kings Road. Good shopping for food nearby. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. 30 seconds from an amazing view of the river. We ubered everywhere, but plenty of access to public transportation.
It would have been nice to have information on hand about the neighborhood. For example, informing us about good restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance and what tube stations were most accessible. Seemed like there were many restrictions like if we wanted to stay late, we would have to pay 150 pounds. Not exactly a warm welcoming place.
This property is located between Kings Road and the river. The street is quiet, yet 1 block off of Kings Road, which has everything! Short walk to Sloane Square, too. Very easy to catch a cab in this area. Lots of local restaurants, pubs and shops.
The apartment is on the second floor. Great security. Felt very safe.
Beds are comfortable. It sleeps 4 tightly. We were only 3, so it was fine. Kitchen is nicely stocked, if you plan to cook.
The shower room could use a little TLC, but had lots of hot water.
Management was excellent and very responsive. Would definitely stay again. Like I said, EXCELLENT LOCATION.
We came to London with our two adult children. The flat was just as described. The bed in the main bedroom is king sized and comfortable. The twin beds in the second bedroom were great for our two sons. There was a sink in the main bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and sink, and another room with modern shower and sink. This bathroom configuration was perfect for 4 adults. The location is perfect. We walked to the bus stop and either took the bus or walked to tube station. All very easy. Great area to walk in.
We did not cook much but had coffee, tea, breakfast and the occasional light meal in the flat. The combination washer/dryer can handle very small loads of laundry. There was also a nice drying rack. We just did a few small loads of laundry and that worked fine.
High daytime temp was low 70 degrees F during our stay and flat stayed cool enough with windows open.
We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
The location was excellent. First of all, Chelsea is simply beautiful to walk around and behold. The apartment is a mere moment's walk to King's Road, which abounded with both bus lines (so it was a cinch to get anywhere in the city) and cafes and groceries (and other retail we didn't care about). In the opposite direction, it's a mere moment's walk to the Thames, a lovely walk along the Thames, and a 10-15-minute walk over Albert Bridge (beautiful!) to Battersea Park (also beautiful! and with a playground that delighted our 10 y.o.).
My only complaints (minor):
The apartment was a little more worn than the photos led me to believe. More "quaint" than the "glamour" in the photos. The master BR bed wasn't great, but totally serviceable, comfort-wise.
Otherwise:
The kitchen was very serviceable. We made a couple meals there pretty easily. The living room was comfortable (and the sofa cushions made an amazingly comfortable impromptu bed on the floor).
And we entertained ourselves endlessly with all the bits and pieces that were so different from what we have in small-city America. It was so fun to get a truly London experience in the apartment.
It held our family of 4 (10 yo and 14 yo girls, us 2 parents) very well.
The flat was like the pictures, a bit dated but it was quiet and close to King Road. Buses were easily accessible and the flat was well equipped. I would stay there again.
Quick response from the owner made things easy to organize. Thanks Jeff and Noreen
