Villa Maise sits in the peaceful Italian hills 3km from the sandy beach of Cologna Spiaggia and close to several other ‘blue flag’ beaches. The large 4 bedroom independent villa has stunning views across rolling hills towards the Adriatic coast. The front door opens into a large open plan lounge/ dining area with a fully fitted kitchen. Downstairs there is a king sized bedroom with an en-suite shower room and laundry facilities. Upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, one with shower En-suite, and a large family bathroom with bath and shower. The Villa is very spacious with 2 nice patio areas and a BBQ.

The villa has recently been lovingly restored to a good specification completed 2020. Surrounded by beautiful medieval hilltop villages, trendy beach resorts, cultural cities and stunning natural beauty. The views from the villa are outstanding and can be view from both patios.

The house is rented with sole occupancy. There are gates from the main road and private parking. Car essential. Pescara is the nearest airport about 50 mins away and Ancona and Rome 2 hrs away. Giulianova train station is 4 km away, taxis available.

Linen, bath and beach towels supplied. Outside extendable dining table seats 7, inside table seats 6.

The owners lived in Italy for 11 years and have recently moved back to UK but available to answer any questions about the local area or the house. The house is currently managed by a local couple.
