Beachfront condo. Sleeps 6. Includes daily beach chairs and umbrella setup. Destin Beach Club in the heart of Destin. Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • One and one-half baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Corian countertop • Tile flooring • Living/dining area • Queen sleeper sofa. Property amenities include: • Every unit offers beachfront views to the Gulf of Mexico • Private beachside balconies • 280 ft. private Gulf front beach • Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (beachside) • Seasonal Beach Service, included (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) • Gas grill area • Elevator • Free Wi-Fi • Cable TV • Free parking • Complimentary fitness pass • Coin operated washer/dryer is centrally located at the complex This is a non-smoking condo. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always had been exceptionally satisfied with the Destin Beach Club. This trip was just OK. Our unit DID NOT have a washer and dryer, which we were not aware of. The toilet was not functioning properlly and as far as we know, the maintanance man never came to look at or fix. I messed with ir several times and finally it began to function properly. We ran out of towels and wash cloths due to no washer/dryer. When I requested more I was told the intial set up was all that was available unless I paid an additional fee for more towels. We will stay there again but I will be better informed. We had stayed here multiple times before and never had any surprises. These were surpises.

Condo was clean. Loved the “No carpet”. Tile is clean and easy with sand and wet bodies in and out. Will stay here again.

The unit was really nice; comfortable and scenic. Need to replace kitchen table mat, dirty. Everything needo was provided. Love the ocean view, best part of the trip. Enjoy morning coffee and beach walks. Having beach chairs set up on the beach and available was so great! Destin main road is too crowded and this is March, can't imagine the real hot weather months. Love the eateries on the Island over the bridge i.e. The Crab Trap.
