Für zwei Familien bestens geeignet

Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Praktisch ist auch die kleine Epicerie vom Besitzer nebenan, um morgens frisches Baguette und Obst zu kaufen. Der Pool ist toll, allerdings schwimmt man dann abends ab 19 Uhr quasi neben den Tischen des Restaurant nebenan.

Urlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr freundlich und immer möglich. Die Inneneinrichtung war, wie beschrieben, vorhanden. Es fehlte an nichts. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances superbes dans un coin superbe. Les plages sont magnifiques et l'appartement était spacieux et propre. Il n'y a pas vraiment d'extérieur à part la terrasse et la piscine, mais la 1ere plage est à moins de 3mn en voiture, donc ce n'est pas vraiment un pont négatif. Daniel est réactif et à l'écoute et a eu la gentillesse de nous prêter un parasol.

Moderne, saubere Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Wir hatten das Appartment für 5 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind für 2 Wochen gemietet. Es ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es gibt Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Grill, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Fürs Kleinkind gab es vom Bett über, Stuhl bis hin zum Töpfchen und Besteck ebenfalls alles vor Ort. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Zimmer mit Bad und Balkon und unten zwei weitere Zimmer (Doppelzimmer und Vierbettzimmer mit einem Stockbett und einem Dopppelbett) und ein Bad sowie einen weitere Toilette. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick, großem Tisch und Sonnenstühlen. Vor der Tür gibt's täglich Obst, Gemüse und frische Brötchen und weitere Lebensmittel in einem kleinen Lädchen. Weiterhin gehört den Besitzern ein kleines Restaurant direkt neben an mit wirklich tollem Essen vor allem die Pizza können wir empfehlen, die man auch abholen kann. Die Eigentümer und Angestellten waren wirklich immer sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand von Pinerello mit toller Sandbucht kann man in 10-15 min zu Fuß auf einem schönen Weg entlang des Sees gehen. Auch zahlreiche Restaurants kann man vom Appartment fußläufig erreichen. Die nächsten großen Supermärkte befinden sich einen Ort weiter. Parkplätze stehen vor der Tür ausreichend zur Verfügung und auch ein Pool lädt zur Abkühlung ein. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Gute Ausstattung / sehr sauber

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Neben dem Ferienhaus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant. Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat: Vom Balkon der Wohnung aus sieht und hört man die Straße. Aber es herrscht kein reger Verkehr… …. wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Très bon séjour

Location de très bonne qualité. Propre et bien située à 10 mn à pied de la plage. Très proche des piscines naturelles de Cavu. Grande terrasse. C'est vrai que la route n'est pas loin mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Petit bémol concernant la piscine qui était notée accessible seulement aux 2 appartements mais depuis cette année elle est aussi accessible aux clients du restaurant en journée... Et l'accès n'est plus possible après 18h30 pour cause de service du soir...

Trop sympas et accueillants

Très bon séjour avec des amis. Propriétaires très sympas. Patio duplex au 1e étage très fonctionnel et moderne. Il manque juste un petit kit d’accueil, éponge, produit, pastilles vaisselles. Très bien par contre le panier gourmand Corse, bières et vins. Top comme endroit, à 500 m d’une très belle plage Pinarello et d’une autre un peu plus loin : la plage de Fautea. A ne pas rater : la vallée de Cavu avec les piscines naturelles à 25 min du Patio. Un énorme merci pour cette belle semaine.

Super Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool

Das moderne Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, sauber und top eingerichtet. Der grosse Pool ist beheizt und beleuchtet. Der freundliche Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam was das Wohlbefinden der Gäste betrifft und im schönen Laden nebenan immer gut erreichbar. Der Strand ist ca. 10-15 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und auch andere schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Super Urlaub, wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren!

Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Platz. (wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen 3 Kindern da) Nebenan ist der kleine Mini-Supermarkt des Vermieters. Dieser hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man bekommt hier fast alles notwendige, vorallem gibt es hier frische Baguette, Obst, Korsiche lokale Produkte zu einem fairen Preis. Top Vermieter. Der Strand ist sehr schön mit ausreichend Platz auch in der Hochsaison. Es gibt tatsächlich viele Algen im Wasser, deswegen sind wir meistens an dem Strandabschnitt direkt in der Nähe der Restaurant slipanlage gewesen, hier war das Wasser Top. Großer Pool. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Das Angebot an Wassersportmöglichkeiten ist in Pinarellu nahezu unerschöpflich.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und grosszügig eingerichtet. Der Pool ist gross und es befinden sich Liegestühle dort. Neben dem Haus gibt es ein kleiner Laden. Der schöne Strand ist ca. 1 km vom Haus entfernt. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Whg. mit WLAN und beheiztem Pool, in Strand- und Ladennähe

Haus 1 (3 Schlaf- 2 Badezimmer und 2 WC) ist incl. WLAN voll ausgestattet. Auf der großen schattigen Terrasse steht ein Gasgrill, und der Pool ist angenehm beheizt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als Willkommensgruß stand ein Korb mit korsischem Gebäck und Rotwein bereit. Der Strand von Pinarello incl. einiger Restaurants ist zu Fuß erreichbar (500 - 1000 Meter), mit dem Auto kann man in 5 - 15 km Entfernung weitere schöne Strände besuchen. In dem kleinen Laden direkt vor der Wohnung kann man kleinere Lebensmitteleinkäufe tätigen, hier (oder per Telefon) ist auch der Vermieter manchmal zu sprechen. Größere Supermärkte gibt es in ca. 3 - 15 km Entfernung. Man darf allerdings nicht sehr geräuschempfindlich sein, wenn Geräusche von der Straße oder von der Umwälzanlage in der Wohnung zu hören sind. Auch wenn Korsika eher im oberen Preissegment angesiedelt ist, hat uns der Urlaub insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.

Super séjour et super lieu de vacances

Agréable lieu de vacances bien propre et entretenu. Agréable terrasse avec vue sur la plage de pinarellu. Logement spacieux et ensoleillé. Tout le monde a apprécié la piscine chauffée. Propriétaire sympathique et délicate attention à notre arrivée que nous avons apprécié (panier garni avec des produits locaux) je recommanderai cette location sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir pour découvrir des sites que nous n'avons pas pu visiter faute de temps. Famille fokoua et jouanne

Très belle prestation

Logement lumineux et spacieux très agréable : on se sent comme à la maison!! Très bien équipé et surtout bien situé car très proche de la plage! Délicate attention du propriétaire (panier garni de produits corses) qui nous a vraiment fait plaisir! Les petits mais aussi les grands ont apprécié également la piscine chauffée. Nous conseillons cette superbe location pour profiter également des endroits fabuleux à découvrir! Nous reviendrons car nous avons apprécié ce logement et voir certains sites non visites par manque de temps!. Semaine avril 2017. Merci de votre accueil et gentillesse. À bientôt. Famille Fokoua.
