This grand, detached home is set near to the village of Bonar Bridge in the Scottish Highlands and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.
Rowan House is a large, detached home set in a rural part of the Scottish Highlands and is amazing value for the amount of people it can accommodate. Hosting five super-king size doubles, three of which benefit from zip/link beds to be arranged as twins on request, plus two bathrooms, one with roll-top bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC and one with large walk in shower basin and WC. This property can sleep up to ten people. There is also a snug with open-fire, sitting room with open-fire, kitchen, dining room and a utility room. Outside there is 7-acres of garden and ample off-road parking for five cars. Rowan House is a special retreat for family and friends looking to escape to some of Scotland’s finest natural beauty.
Amenities: Oil central heating with 2 x open fires. Range cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 10 cars. Bike storage. 7-acre garden and woodland with seating area with garden furniture. Wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue and two ornamental ponds. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Please supervise children and pets around the ponds. Shop 5 miles, there is a seasonal pub 1.5 mile walk away with main pubs in Bonar Bridge 6 miles away. Note: Please contact the owner for more details regarding fishing in the area. Note: Check-in is from 6pm and check-out is by 10am. Note: on occasion there may be someone on site, to maintain the gardens and feed the squirrels. Note. The property will have a Saturday change over in 2024 (During March 2024 check in is permitted any day in the week). Note: The owner will offer a £200 discount for any 2 week bookings. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Please note: If you are looking to book the W/C 11th May 2024, the property will be undergoing a full external paint including windows, due to this disruption, the week will be discounted by 15%, please call the office if you are wishing to book.
