2 bedroom (both upstairs), 1.5 bathroom, two story beach home
A complete beachfront duplex home located in chelem, Yucatan, with 2 bedrooms with full bed each, main bedroom with a beautiful view beach balcony.
On first floor you will also find a Kitchen with Refrigerator, Electric Stove, Microwave and Coffee Maker. Also there is a Beach view terrace where you can enjoy a delicious beer or coffee while watching sea birds and infinite ocean wave sound.
Boating, swimming, Shell picking, bird watching, and fishing are nearby.
Merida international airpord (MID) located 50 minutes away, Grocery shopping, pharmacy or laundry only 3 Minute drive.
- Guest will take care of private pool mainteinance during their stay as is not an apartment complex and no workers live on property to help. Name of caretakers may be provided. Mainteinance fee is not considered on rental cost.
