The Residence "La Portella" is a holiday paradise for the whole family. The beautiful complex is surrounded by greenery and offers a wonderful view of the Monte Baldo massif and of course a wonderful view of Lake Garda.
LIVING / DINING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE
The living room area consists of a pull-out leather corner sofa, side table and a sideboard, with 37 "flat TV. The dining area with pull-out table and six chairs offers enough space for a cozy breakfast or meal. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchenette with four plates Gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a small oven. In the entrance area and in the hallway there is a shoe bench with storage and cloakroom. The balcony, equipped with an awning, table and chairs, offers a lake view.
BATH
In addition to a sink, shower and toilet, there are also enough storage options (mirror cabinet, wall shelf, stand shelf).
BEDROOM
The first bedroom is generously equipped in addition to the double bed (180 cm wide). There are also two bedside tables, a sideboard and a sliding door wardrobe. A clothes servant offers additional space for your wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed (160 cm wide) and a wall cupboard. From here you also have a view of the lake.
The apartment has a parking space within the closed facility, storage facilities for bicycles or motorbikes are available.
EQUIPMENT OF THE HOLIDAY SYSTEM
The holiday complex has a tennis court, a soccer field and an approximately 14x24 meter long pool.
We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, Bed linen is not provided. No other amenities provided. Thus no food, personal or household hygiene products.
