Lovely apartment 5th stay there

Lovely apartment great location. It is a great location, right in the middle of things. It can be a bit noisy, particularly on the weekends but the windows are sealed and we have no trouble with it. We enjoy being able to walk to the Mercado Esperanza and get fresh seafood to cook or to go to the many excellent bars and restaurants in the area. Love the place will stay again our next trip.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in central Santander

Although a busy city, it was easy to find the parking nearby to the apartment, which was good, although a little expensive as with parking in all Spanish cities. It was a short walk to the apartment. Communications were good with the people renting the apartment and they met us to show us in and around. Lovely apartment with loads of space. Although in the centre surrounded by plenty of nice vibrant restaurants and bars, it was quiet in the apartment. The apartment was well equipped, which made it easy for us to sort out a simple evening meal having eaten delicious food at lunchtime. Good spot to stay for a few nights in Santander.

Perfect location, well equipped flat

Really good location with lots of restaurants and bars surrounding in walking distance. The 1-bedroom 1st floor apartment has a modern bathroom/shower and fully equipped kitchenette.

Apartamento centrico Santander

El apartamento es estupendo, muy acogedor, decorado con buen gusto, muy limpio,y super bien ubicado, en plena plaza del pombo, tienes cerca la playa,bares, restaurantes, panaderias, supermercado, tiendas, todo!, Luis siempre pendiente, responde en seguida los mensajes, Alvaro que fue quien nos entrego las llaves una persona super amable y simpatica, nos dio buenas recomendaciones de visita y de lugares para comer, la unica pega que podria poner al apartamento es que debajo tiene un bar que abre hasta altas horas de la noche, y si eres sensible a los ruidos como yo pues no podras descansar, aunque yo me compre unos tapones para los oidos y asunto arreglado.

Lovely apartment in a happening place

Beautiful, clean neat apartment in an old building that has been redone. Right in a busy apartment, if you leave the bedroom windows open on weekend nights there will be the noise of people enjoying the night as the Spanish do. Closed, the windows are soundproof. This is the second time I have stayed with Luis and have a third reserved.

Nice apartment in central location

Overall stay was good. The apartment was clean, well equipped and well located. The thing I felt couldve been better were more toilet paper (4 rolls for an entire month stay was not nearly enough). We ran out relatively quickly, same with hand soap. The location is close to everything. Just be aware it is in a huge party center so if you're a light sleeper that may be difficult. We knew that going in and didnt think it was so loud you couldnt sleep. Biggest concern was AC. Couldnt get the apartment below 25°c which was warm for us so had to leave windows open most of the time. Luis was extremely responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern in the Old Town

Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Old Town ! 4 balconies give you lots of sunlight with views of the quaint city streets. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to all the amazing sights Santander has to offer. Only downside there was a bar downstairs that became noisy late into the evening. But if you are there to party and stay up late you will love this apartment!

idéalement situé pour des personnes voulant profiter de soirées a Santander

appartement idéal pour 2 personnes, très propre et fonctionnel situé a quelques pas du paséo maritime,commerces et pubs,deux petits problèmes a noter,le parking payant et des jeunes arrivés le week end dans l'appartemment d'a coté,peu soucieux du voisinage!
