Location, location, location! With private beach access, this sought after, top floor condo unit at Sand Pebbles on Carolina Beach can be all yours! Relax in the comfortable and fully equipped unit with partial ocean views from the balcony and great ocean views from the second bedroom. You will enjoy lounging, sunning, swimming and walking on beautiful, clean, and lightly populated Carolina Beach. There is immediate entrance to the beach that’s steps away from the water. The complex also contains 2 pools for your enjoyment.

This unit boasts updated patio furniture, windows, door, queen size mattress for the master bedroom, living room furniture, and renovations to the kitchen and both bathrooms . Cable on 2 smart flat screen TVs with DVR in the living room, NetFlix with other apps at the ready, a Roku supported TV in the guest bedroom, and free WiFi included for our valued guests. Dine in and enjoy the nicely stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, spices, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster, or walk to one of many local restaurants if dining out is your pleasure.

Enjoy your complimentary Starbucks AND Dunkin coffee as you sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves. Make sure to make use any of the beach chairs we have available for you in the storage unit.

On rainy days we have games to offer so you can simply wait out the storm while playing Taboo, Cards Against Humanity, Mad Gab, Balderdash, or 80's Trivial Pursuit.

For nights out there are many dining options within easy walking distance including a 3 minute walk to the Tiki Bar (live music on weekends during the summer season),The Spot, Uncle Vinny's pizza, and Peach Cobbler - located right across the street, The Seawitch which features live music every night, and the famous Michael's Seafood.

All summer long, Carolina Beach is alive with festivals, concerts, and the famous family friendly boardwalk amusements. You may even catch a camera crew shooting on the boardwalk!

You can view the summertime fireworks right from the balcony every Thursday night!

You can either bring your own (1 queen, 2 twin & pull out full sized sofa bed if needed) or if you’d prefer to rent them, it is $22 per bed (no matter the size) and there is no charge for delivery or pick-up for Maid 2 Clean Linens and more. There is also Seaside Linen with different rental options as well

***If you would like us to take care of the linen service for you there will be an additional $25 per bedding fee payable upon booking. Please make sure to let us know at the time of your reservation if you want us to provide the linens (also comes with bath towels)***

Great Location for Families

If you are looking for a less crowded beach and still a walk to the boardwalk for all the entertainment this is the place to be. 2 awesome pools the kids loved.

Convenient and clean!

Andrea was easy to communicate with and responsive- when I forgot to request linens she responded quickly and resolved the issue within minutes. The condo was clean and comfortable, and in close proximity to everything we needed. Most notably we all slept great which is hard to come by when traveling!

Great Family Vacation

Although the pictures are misleading of the ocean view, we had the street view and best seat in the house for 4th of July fireworks. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Very clean condo and everything worked in the condo. Comfortable furniture and beds. A very nice place to stay for a week.

Perfect space for a large group

We had plenty of space to accommodate our group. The two bathrooms allowed everyone to get ready without feeling cramped or overwhelmed. The kitchen bar area and dining room allowed everyone to eat together. We absolutely loved the outdoor patio area and the proximity to beach access and the pool.

Nice stay in Carolina Beach

We always stay at Sand Pebbles, because its a great location on the island. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. Wish we had more of a view, but we were still steps to the beach.

Awesome place to stay

The condo was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the beach and pools and places to eat. The beach was a little hard to see from the balcony but not a big deal for us. The balcony is a great place to leave your wet shoes and towels. And there is a storage place on the bottom level to leave your sandy beach toys which was very helpful. Andrea was VERY quick to get back to me with any questions I had. We will stay here again when we come back to Carolina Beach ⛱️

Cute little condo, perfect for a family of 5. Location was great, was able to walk to Ocean Grill. Access to the beach was easy and condo amenities were great.

Great location

Steps from beach, which is all we cared about. But also just a short drive to boardwalk, center of town activities. Balcony was our fave “room” - could see glimpses of ocean, fireworks on Thursday, and hear live music from The Spot restaurant (not too loud to be intrusive). Plenty of space for our group. Parking was easier than expected. Be sure to bring your sheets and towels (I missed that info when booking). There are plenty of dishes, pots & pans, silverware and the like. Bring tinfoil, wrap, baggies, etc. Owner very responsive and addressed minor concerns quickly. Would be very happy to stay again!!

Great condo right on the beach! Condo was so clean and comfy. Close to everything. If you did not want to drive you did not have to. The beach is right there and a great location. Would go back for sure.

Beach getaway

Had a great 3 night getaway at Carolina Beach. Condo was very comfortable. We misread the fine print and did not bring sheets or towels but Walmart was not too far away. Beach access and pool are right there. Parking was easy. Had to communicate with the owner and she was immediately responsive. All the comforts of home!

Another wonderful Summer vacation

We stayed this time last year for Memorial weekend and fell in love with Carolina Beach! We came back this year and stayed a week and can’t wait to book our next trip! The condo is one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in - and I travel a lot! The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make meals. If your too tired to cook after a long day at the beach, great restaurants are right across the street. Short walk down to the boardwalk to take in all the festivities but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet, The beach access on the property is so very close and convenient. Andrea is super quick to answer questions as well.

I was born and raised in beautiful (but cold) Massachusetts, moved to Raleigh NC in 2015 (for love), while my now husband, Brian, has lived in Raleigh since 2006, originally hailing from coastal Barrington, RI. Yes, it's true, we are Patriots fans. Since Brian grew up on the water and loves to fish, we knew we wanting to start looking for a getaway on the Carolina Coast. We visited up and down and something about Carolina Beach just spoke to us. The peaceful vibe and amazing sunsets were icing on the cake.
We took the leap to beach condo ownership in 4/2017 and look forward to giving our guests a wonderful experience, in hopes that it makes them want to come back time and again.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Carolina Beach and when this property went onto the market we just knew that this was the time to buy. The location can't be beat and we wanted to own a little slice of beach heaven.

What makes this property unique

We love that it's on the 3rd floor and the views that it offers at that height. The location can't be beat and the beach is literally steps away. We feel really lucky that we got to grab up this gem and want to share so our guests can feel the same.
