Very relaxing

KK303 was a good choice for us, looks like a very new kitchen, well equipped. Plenty space, good beds, good WiFi, nice a quiet neighbourhood. We had a relaxing week. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and family activities as well as a huge beach.

War ok

Die Lage ist super. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Haus ist ein bisschen älter und könnte man mal renovieren. Für 3-4 Tagen aber empfehlenswert wenn man nicht zu viel erwartet. Klamotten muss man nachher leider 2 oder 3 mal waschen wegen muffeln. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich!

Renovierung notwendig

Zunächst möchte ich die praktische und einfache Kommunikation mit der Agentur loben. Alles hat gut geklappt und war unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und von den Zimmern und der Einrichtung eigentlich super gemütlich gestaltet. Es gibt sogar einen Strandbuggy und alles praktische für den täglichen Bedarf. Allerdings ist eine Renovierung dringend notwendig und es muss mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Es riecht schimmelig auch bei durchgängig geöffneten Fenstern und Mäuse waren auch zu besuch. Die Fassade des Haues wurde ebenfalls sehr vernachlässigt und es wimmelt von Spinnennetzen. Zusammenfassung: An sich ein super Ferienhaus wenn man es auf Vordermann bringt und renoviert. In dem jetzigen Zustand sollte es nicht mehr vermietet werden.

nicht zufrieden/ not pleased

Unterkunft ist verwahrlost, muffig, vernachlässigt. Die Betten riechen ungelüftet. Der Eingangsbereich war nicht zu nutzen, dadurch keine Garderobe. das Haus musste über die Terasse betreten werden. Stühle nur für 6 Personen vorhanden, Heizung nicht angenehm (meist Heizlüfter). Das Haus ist nicht zu empfehlen! Accommododation is squalid,musty,neglected. The beds are smelling untold.The entry area was not to be used, you have to go in through the terrace. Chairs only for 6 persons, heating not pleasant (most fan heater). This hous ist not recommended!

Nicht empfehlenswert

Das Objekt ist völlig abgewohnt und bedarf dringend der Sanierung. Die absolute Krönung waren dann das die Matratzen in den Betten völlig verdreckt (braune Flecken Urin???) waren, hier wären wir nicht 1 Nacht geblieben. Man hat uns dann eine andere Unterkunft gegeben, die dann sehr gut war!

gute Ausstattung, Haus okay, aber nicht top

Das Haus ist in einer guten Lage, zum Strand wird aber ein Rad benötigt. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung. Ich fande es allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, also nicht mehr so neu. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur was super.

Leuk, rustig huis van alle gemakken voirzirn

Het huisje ligt op een rustig park. Huis bied privacy en heeft alle voorzieningen. Compleet en prima voor kort of lang verblijf. Minpuntjes: - huisje erg muf en vieze geur- - mist een aparte wc ( bij 7 personen echt nodig) - 1 persoons bed boven heeft nieuw matras nodig ( spiraal voel je door matras heen)
