This huge villa offers enough space for six people to be at ease and enjoy their holidays in an extremely comfortable way. It has three, AC-provided bedrooms with a built-in wardrobe each; one has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. The villa is also provided with one bathroom with bathtub. The roomy dining-living room is composed of a living area and a completely equipped open kitchen. The decoration of the whole house mixes modern touches with a rustic feeling, typical of the rural areas. The heating is provided by a heating pump.
The fenced outdoor area welcomes an enormous private pool with deckchairs and a barbecue area, located in the backyard; here, you will also find a bathroom with shower. On the front side of the house, you will find a porch, where you will be able to enjoy your meals or a refreshing drink.
The access to the house is made possible by a 10 mt-long unpaved lane.
