Sauberkeit und Zustand der Wohnung katastrophal!

Das Chalet war von der Ausstattung her so wie beschrieben - - - ABER es war sehr unsauber und es roch sehr unangenehm. Die Fußböden in der Küche und in dem Wohnzimmer waren nicht gewischt. Die Sofas und Sitzmöbel waren schmuddelig. Wir haben das Chalet Nr.20 mit Chalet Nr.2 getauscht, und es wurde nicht merklich besser. Auch der erneut angeforderte Putztrupp hat es nicht geschafft, die beanstandeten Stellen zu säubern - da es kein wirkliches Fachpersonal war! Hinzu kamen defekte Duschabtrennungen und Waschbeckenabflüsse. Wir haben uns selbst Putzutensillien besorgt, alles notwendige gesäubert, Bettlaken auf die Sofas gelegt und Febres versprüht etc. etc., um es uns erträglich zu machen. Da die Küche unbrauchbar war, haben wir als Entschädigung Essensgutscheine für das Restaurant von der Rezeption bekommen. Zusammenfassend kann man die Chalet nicht weiterempfehlen - - nur das Restaurant und seine Mitarbeiter. Schade, denn die Lage und die Umgebung des Resorts ist traumhaft.
