Very cozy apartment with all the comfort located in a small quiet condominium with a large swimming pool, totally gated and just 3 kms from the beach.
Apartment with one bedroom, a living room with a nice terrace, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen SIMPLY BLUE apartment was recently renovated and can accommodate 4 people as there is an excellent sofa bed in the living room.
Simple but beautiful decor, with guests' comfort and well-being in mind. Cable TV, free WIFI and air conditioning. Private garage for one vehicle.
In just 10 minutes walking you can reach a supermarket, cafe, pub, laundry, pharmacy, bank, restaurant and pastry.
Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a fee of 25 euros.
Late check-in between 7:00pm and 00:00am have a fee of 25 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay.
For winter booking only (Nov to Feb)- Final cleaning fee : 80 euros
