Modern 3 bedroom villa with pool

This lovely little Villa is perfectly equipped and has its own pool – perfect for families.
There are 3 bedrooms – 2 with double bed and 1 twin bedded room and they are all with private en-suite shower rooms and W.C. All the rooms have A/c and ceiling fans.
There is a lounge room with comfortable sofa and TV [local channels only] but great for relaxing as it leads out onto a lovely covered terrace area with full size BBQ and a small but well-equipped kitchen, with 2 ring hob, full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and all flatware and silver ware, plus a small safe. On the front, there is more garden for relaxing and the great little plunge pool [25 sqm] for chilling out.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine.
It is situated within walking distance to St George South with all its amenities and famous sandy beach.

We loved our stay in this villa. The villa had everything you could ask for. It was clean, well equipped, peaceful and in a wonderful location. It was a short walk to the beach and a wide range of good restaurants. It is a lovely resort. Jane and Keith were wonderful hosts who helped make our stay so special.

Beautiful location

Agios Georgios is a great location in Corfu, near to Sandy Beaches resort (you can vaguely hear their music, etc!). We had a couple of issues with the property but they were quickly sorted out. The pool is on the small side and we couldn’t use larger inflatables but it was fine for the 5 of us. The property manager’s husband was a little abrupt when he found instructions for one of our inflatables stuck to the pool pump after a windy night - surely it shouldn’t be possible for an A4 multipage document to be blown into the pool pump, there should be filters to stop it.The kitchen is small, but we ate in Agios Georgios every night, there are many good restaurants overlooking the sea.The local beaches are beautiful and sandy, our favourite was Marrathias beach a few km away. You could stay at this property without a car, Agios Georgios is very close and easily walkable. We hired a car and travelled around Corfu, the best day out we had was Aqualand, great fun!

Wonderful villa for families

We stayed with our friends and their 2 young children. The check in process was very smooth, we were there early but Jane assured us we could drop our bags off at the property beforehand. We arrived and Keith was very nice and gave us some good recommendations of places to go in the area. Wonderful location, a little remote if you don't have a car but the bus that goes to Corfu town daily is excellent and very cheap. Lovely beaches and some fantastic restaurants. The pool was a massive plus for the kids and adults alike!

Couldn't of been any better.....

Just back from a fantastic two week family holiday. Jane & Keith are absolutely lovely hosts who can't do enough for you. The Villa is immaculately clean and in a brilliant location, literally a casual 5 minute stroll to the many tavernas and bars of St George's South. The pool was a godsend! 100% would love to return, Thanks again, Matt & family

Fabulous villa in a perfect location

From the very start of booking this lovely villa, Jane & Keith could not have been more helpful; they are the perfect hosts & I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again. Communication was very good, the villa was fabulous, clean & in a perfect location. Great little pool which was perfect for when it gets too hot (an outside shower was fab too). It’s about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and the start of a small ‘strip’ which has enough restaurants & bars to suit all. There are a few local supermarkets, and some larger ones within a short drive. The local beach is lovely. There is a local larger swimming pool open to the public, which is within walking distance, all you need to do is buy a drink(s) at the bar in order to use the pool. We had lunch here, which was very nice. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance & Jane & Keith recommended an awesome place up in the mountains with a spectacular view; well worth visiting, but I would suggest ordering a taxi (again, something that Jane & Keith helped us with). We hired a car for the duration of our stay; probably didn’t need to for all the days, but it’s not far to get to anywhere. A visit to Paleokastritsa is definitely worth it, but make sure you leave early if you want to get parked & on the beach! Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday - we would definitely like to return at some point.

Parfait

Maison parfaitement conçue pour des vacances réussies. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, la douche et la terrasse extérieures, la proximité de la plage et des petits commerces (épiceries, restaurants à 5 minutes à pieds), les loisirs proposés sur les plages (parachute ascensionnel, bouée tractée, ...) et les tavernes traditionnelle situées à Notos (6/7 km à l'est dAgios Georgios) avec leurs petites criques ombragées. Une très bonne adresse pour passer des vacances actives et réussies.

Schöner Urlaub auf Korfu

Das Ferienhaus und der Pool befanden sich in einem sauberen Zustand und die Lage war ruhig und strandnah. Für unsere Aktivitäten war die Lage gut gewählt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und der Check In super unkompliziert. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland Familie Rasche

Lovely vacation in nice villa!

Thank you Jane and Keith for being our hosts. Your villa is very nice, on very good peaceful location - close to the beach and main street of Agios Georgios, but also away from crowd. In villa there are all you need for your stay. Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. We liked outside swimming pool and rest area with barbecue. Outside shower was good idea to keep house clear from sand. Within walking distance you can find shops, restaurants travel agencies, etc. I would like to thanks to our host for their support in finding shops and giving us support to repair one of our cars. Perfect location

Lovely little villa in the perfect location. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Peaceful area, just a short walk from all amenities. Keith and Jane were excellent hosts, always on hand for anything we needed.

Leuke vakantiewoning op een rustige locatie

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Het contact met Keith en Jane verliep ook goed. Keith kwam nog een paar keer langs om het zwembad te checken en dan maakten we een praatje. Het huis zelf was van alles voorzien. Er zat een klein keukentje in met alles wat we nodig hadden. Iedere ruime slaapkamer had een eigen badkamer en fijne bedden plus airco wat heel fijn was met deze hitte. Het was maar vijf minuten lopen naar het zandstrand. Het plaatsje zelf was rustig, maar had wel genoeg winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Voor wie wat meer wil zien is het absoluut aan te raden een auto te huren. We hebben veel mooie, verschillende plaatsen en stranden bezocht. Corfu heeft super mooie stranden en betaalbare eettentjes. Kortom, een super vakantie gehad!
