The apartment has air conditioning installed, although it generally does not need to be turned on since the weather is very mild in this area and the house is very well oriented.

The bathroom has a bidet, sink, shower and bathtub powered by its own electric heater and has an outside window.

The street where it is located directly faces the sea, about 200 meters. Just by crossing it, you can access a supermarket that offers anything, both food and cleaning or maintenance of a house, daily bread, excellent meat, fruits and vegetables and a ham, (one of its owners is champion of Spain in ham court), also nearby there are many bars and restaurants of all kinds, ice cream parlors, pastry shop, newspaper and lottery shop, bicycle rentals, souvenirs, pharmacy, markets, etc ...

La Barrosa beach is a long beach, with more than 8 km of fine sand, of clean waters that overlook the Atlantic. It is an ideal beach for families with children, with wide sandy shores, very accessible, with all security requirements, watchtowers, public address, civil protection service, health, safety, playgrounds in the sand, sports facilities and a Long promenade with multiple restaurants and beach bars for all tastes and economic possibilities.

During July and August several handicraft markets are installed near the promenade.

Very close to the beach, five minutes by car, there is a marina where you can do any water sports, sailing or motor sailing, fishing with angling or underwater, diving, kayaking, kite surfing, windsurfing, etc ...
