Quirky , friendly, fun.
A historic home with old world charm. We were missing a few necessities like hand soap, paper towels, and tissues but I didn't ask for them during our 2 night stay since we went to the grocery store anyway and picked some up for our next travels. The manager and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Very welcoming and lovely to have a pub just outside. Noise wasn't an issue from the pub even though their was a very spirited party / music there in the evening. (But that was expected and explained in the listing) There is a very busy road right next to the house; so some road noise in the early morning and at night since the windows are older. Wish that the shower in the downstairs bathroom had worked. Since we had a larger group; but it worked out fine. Over all a great stay with rustic farm character.
